Love the look of the salon (so cute) and get great service every time. Ashley has been doing my hair for years now and never disappoints. Always happy with my cut and color. She is always up on the new trends too. I have let her turn me from my natural dark brunette to platinum blonde, put feather extensions in my hair and do the ombre look and have loved how each and every one of the looks turns out. She really listens to what you want and takes your personal style in to mind too. I also love that they carry the Moroccan brand products. I never believed in a miracle product until I tried the Moroccan oil - it is amazing! Definitely worth the price you pay for the bottle - it lasts a long time and does wonders on your hair! It has helped my hair grow so long and stay soft even though I color it from my natural dark brunette to blonde often.

An awful experience that cost me an additional $350 + tip to fix. My ASU daughter came to Jada with…read morevery blonde hair and a reference photo, asking for a golden brown. She left with uneven, almost-black hair that looked nothing like what she requested. She used permanent color that left my daughter's hair almost black instead of the golden brown she requested. Every stylist I called for help was horrified when I described what had been done. Based on the result and those conversations, I do not believe she had the expertise to perform this service properly. This was not something we could simply wash out - it required $350 in professional corrective work to just start looking okay again. Jada used I 30g 3-0 and 30g 6-68 in igora shades. This happened right before sorority rush. Instead of feeling excited and confident, she was extremely upset, and we were scrambling to find someone who could fix her hair immediately, on the Friday before a 3-day weekend. I paid another stylist $350 for corrective work. When I sent the original stylist the bill for fixing her work, she blocked me. That response made an already awful experience even worse. I am now planning to pursue reimbursement through small claims court. This wasn't a slight difference in shade. Golden brown and almost black are dramatically different results. The photos show what she asked for and what she received. Between the color outcome, the expense of fixing it, and how my complaint was handled, I would absolutely not recommend Jada for hair color.

My hair looked wonderful leaving the salon, however two hours later, at an outdoor wedding, my hair completely went flat again. Not sure if the blow-out was meant for me or my hair was too thin to stand the humidity (yes there is humidity in AZ). Loved the look she gave me, very natural and close the pictures I showed her. She was very sweet and hard-working. My makeup looked great for about 2 hours, and then with the wedding being outside, and it was hot, and the makeup on my face did not stay put. My face got sweaty and oily. I did not know that airbrush makeup was available and would have opted for that. I love the concept of primp and blow, and they definitely offer a much needed service for us ladies who need primping for an event. The salon is super modern, and clean. Overall my stylist did well, but I don't think a regular blowout is for me, as I have ultra straight hair and it doesn't style well in curls or rollers.

Truth be told, I hate getting my hair done, but it is a necessary evil! I will definitely be going back, but I will admit, if it takes another four hours then I might have to go somewhere else!
