Calling to solve the problem, the manager is currently on vacation & no one can help. With school starting in a week, we now have to address the haircut ourselves. The place is a classic barber shop with only one chair. I am part SubSaharan (despite people trying to say to me otherwise) and so because of that my hair has a tendency to snarl since it gets into tightly wound curls. I had asked my stylist (Angie) to do a long layered cut and to do a "Protective hairstyle." Somehow, I felt like the vibes were off. Although it no doubt looked amazing the first day, not even a week later my hair is tangling the same exact way as before I had gone to her to get it fixed. Say what you think, but the last photo is immediately after the appointment and these other three are the photos of what she had done to my hair a couple of days after my appointment. (My hair is definitely not made for applying heavy heat like that!)
