Staff: very friendly and attentive, hearing stories about how long someone has been coming in. The shave: everyone does things a little different but at a 50 dollar shave before tip I didn't expect to be out of the chair in 18 minutes. I did ask not to go up on the cheeks do to sensitivity but down and sideways was fine and told him he could go up when under the chin. When I was done he said going sideways was the same as going up so he ONLY went down. I still felt stubble under the chin but like I said, everyone does things differently. Overall: the cashier and owner were great, when she heard I wasn't completely satisfied they offered me a gift card to come back to the owner for a shave but I wouldn't do that to his son who sits behind him. The gesture was great and why they got 3 stars.

Although it no doubt looked amazing the first day, not even a week later my hair is tangling the same exact way as before I had gone to her to get it fixed. Say what you think, but the last photo is immediately after the appointment and these other three are the photos of what she had done to my hair a couple of days after my appointment.
