If you're looking for an exceptional barber, look no further than Parker at Buzzed Barbershop. Parker is, hands down, one of the most talented barbers in the state. Beyond his incredible skill, he's genuinely one of the kindest, most down-to-earth professionals you'll meet. He takes the time to get to know his clients, listens to exactly what you're looking for, and consistently delivers an outstanding cut. As a parent, what stands out even more is how amazing he is with kids. My boys genuinely look forward to getting their hair cut because Parker makes the experience fun, comfortable, and something they actually enjoy. That says a lot. The atmosphere at Buzzed Barbershop is just as impressive as the barbering itself--clean, welcoming, professional, and full of positive energy. You never feel rushed, and everyone who walks through the door is treated like family. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Parker and the team at Buzzed Barbershop set the standard. If you want a barber who takes pride in his craft and truly cares about the people in his chair, this is the place. I couldn't recommend them more highly. read more

I would try some here and there and was never happy with the cut. For important events I would suck it up and make the long drive to my old barber shop. I know a lot of men around here like to go to salons for their haircuts but I was looking that good old barber shop experience. Sports on the TV, real magazines in the racks and good conversation with real people. If this is what you are looking for also, then Nick's is the place. Price is about $18 which seems average for around here. The cut is good and I have not been anywhere else since.

Gave Nick's a try since my other barber was booked. I was not disappointed with the service. It is a small shop, only two chairs, and it was pretty hard to find because I drove past it without even knowing. Dave cut my hair and even though I was a few minutes late he did not rush through the cut. He seemed pretty focused on details and was very open to comments and my suggestions of "a little more here" and "a bit shorter there". I've honestly never felt that comfortable with a barber right off the bat. The phone did ring off the hook and since Dave was the only one in the shop we had to pause multiple times. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction. At the end of the cut, the finishing touches were the hot shaving cream for the back of the cut and a skin toner. For $18 a cut, I will definitely be going back.

Even though I wear my hair in 1970s and '80s semi-punk rock-style, he's able to make it work, while keeping it styled. After he's cut the hair, and it starts to grow back in again, is when you can see how good his work really is. He provides little extra touches, like cleaning-up the eyebrows, and removing excess nostril-hair. Joe has a fun personality, and he's proud of his Italian heritage. He is knowledgeable about many things, including food. Somewhat of an old-school barber shop atmosphere, with lots of successful business-types stopping in for a cut. Sometimes, some of the unusual neighborhood people come wandering in with bizarre requests and/or comments. Well worth the $20 fee. Overall, I highly recommend Joe at Rosetta's.
