So much more informative than the for profit commercial travel clinics! Thank you for this exceptional service and care!!

I came here to see her final presentation of her graduate project. I can't tell you much about the building because I basically cried the whole time I was so proud of her. There was a lovely security guard who was also proud of my sister so we're basically best friends. There were some stairs and classrooms and a small, nice auditorium and accessible bathrooms with lots of signage about how to keep healthy in public spaces (living the dream you guys!) Other graduate students presented also, and their work (though pale in comparison to my sister's seriously Michelle Obama-level oratory) seemed wise and aimed at bettering the world in thoughtful, research-driven ways. The professors came out on their lunch hours to listen to the presentations and ask deep questions and share their pride and support in their dedicated graduates. This is one of the top schools for public health in the world and it's right in the heart of Baltimore and I love it and I love everyone there and I'm crying again. 5 stars.

Living with a permanent back injury isn't easy, but Jai has done more than just treat me they've helped me stay strong, positive, and consistent with my care. What makes Jai stand out is how much they genuinely care about their patients. They send holiday cards, gift cards, and even host times where there's food for everyone, creating a real sense of community. Their free transportation shuttle is also reliable and a huge help when you're dealing with pain or mobility issues. As a Medicaid member in Maryland, having a team that actually looks out for me means everything. They help me access checkups, specialists, prescriptions, lab tests, and vision care all covered under Medicaid. That peace of mind allows me to focus on healing instead of stressing about bills. I've seen some negative reviews, but I want to offer a real perspective. Not every day is sunshine and rainbows everyone has tough days, including staff. But I've personally watched Jai's employees handle difficult situations with calmness and professionalism. Once, a frustrated patient was taking it out on the staff, and instead of reacting, they offered to start fresh and helped that person get the care they needed. That says a lot about their patience and kindness. Even the transportation drivers have always treated me with respect. One time, someone complained because we had to pick up another passenger, like the driver could control traffic but the driver stayed kind and professional the entire ride. Every driver I've had has been courteous and friendly. The office is clean, peaceful, and in a great location, and the team clearly cares about what they do. It's not just another medical office it's a place full of good people trying their best to help others. I'm grateful to be one of their patients and proud to say Jai Medical Systems deserves recognition for their compassion and consistency. 5 out of 5 thank you, Jai Medical Systems, for treating people with heart.

Like many guys my age, I'm not a huge fan of physicals, but Dr. Howard has a very calm and comforting voice and demeanor. But once you're taken to the back, it's a completely different feel. Warmly recommended!

I had my first appointment with him on May 5, and I've been happy with him since then. he always listens to what I tell him, and he answers my questions completely and truthfully. He takes his time with the patient, which is really saying something in this day and age of "express service" in the medical community. he really seems to care about the well being of his patients. finally, Doctor Howard is a huge fan of people participating in their own healthcare. he will not get irritated if you do research on a condition and ask questions, seek second opinions, and otherwise choose to actively participate in your care. In fact, he will compliment you for doing it. The staff is mostly helpful as well. I don't like having blood drawn, just as an example, and the technition who drew from me on two different ocasions actually remembered that detail and described what he was going to do as he was working. The only place I will fault the staff, and it cost the place a star, is that they don't do very well with telephone calls. My first call someone answered, said "Doctor Howard's office, hold please" and slammed the phone without waiting for a response. That almost caused me to go to a different doctor, and it would have been too bad because I ended up really liking Doctor Howard. I've had similar experiences when calling, but never in person. The patient portal web site is a nice touch. From there, it is possible to pull up exam and lab results, make payments, and even send messages to the doctor. I should note here that the doctor will sometimes personally communicate with you using this tool. When he does, you're actually talking to *him*; he does not fob it off on a nurse or assistant. In summary, I highly recommend doctor Howard and his practice. Don't let the sometimes questionable behavior by the staff on the telephone run you off. They'll treat you well in person, and doctor howard himself is never anything but kind and professional.

My wife had a spacious private room and I was able to sleep there on a super uncomfortable sofa for the duration. I appreciated this as my wife had never spent a day in the hospital and was very anxious. The building is dated and nowhere as nice as Sibley where we would normally go, but the attention and service was great.

I should have looked here to see the 2.5 star rating before I even reached out to them but I had…read morecalled because I saw lots of good ratings for a specific doctor there who might be a fit. Called Johns Hopkins Hospital today to try to schedule a consult. I started off saying that I had an MRI with certain results noted and wanted to schedule with a certain doctor for consult. I was given a lot of pushback by the scheduling person that I needed a confirmed diagnosis. We went back and forth multiple times and finally she was like oh your MRI note qualifies as a confirmed diagnosis. Wild considering I said it a couple of times already though I don't know what exactly a confirmed diagnosis is as a patient! Then she proceeds to ask for all this information on DOB, address, demographics, and other info. Creates an account. She only asked if I allow texts from the clinic for notifications but not if she can create an account. Then says you still need to gather your medical notes and imaging then upload in one spot and fax in another. Then subjected to a review before knowing if I can see this one doctor. Or I can go on their website and pick another doctor to request a consult and that doctor will confirm if it's a fit. Either way it feels like it was an invasion of privacy without consent or desired outcome...I only want to provide all this info if we're actually scheduling something and I thought that was where we were headed. It was not. I feel like this process has major data privacy issues - creating an account without asking me, collecting personal data without need, and just wasting my time in not even being able to set an appointment. I provided all of this only to find out that no we can't schedule an appointment yet and I never gave consent to creating an account like this (got a text message saying an account was created) and would not have if I knew I was not being scheduled at the end of all this back and forth. It should be upfront that this is the process then asked if I want to proceed. Instead, all the data was collected then I was told. The initial pushback suggested that I had to undergo a review by a group of folks to approve for Dr. He to see me because I didn't have a confirmed diagnosis. Then it turned into this is just the process in general to see him. Overall, process was incredibly frustrating and I would not wish it on anyone who is going through a trying medical time. 1. Pushback based on saying I didn't have a diagnosis when I already shared what she was looking for even if I didn't know what she was looking for 2. Pushback trying to redirect me back to my PCP for a diagnosis when I shared the MRI finding and that my PCP said it is best for a specialist to handle next step as we were not clear what to do 3. Pushback saying I need a group of people to review my case to see if the medical circumstances qualify for Dr. He to consult on because I supposedly didn't have a confirmed diagnosis - fine but then we confirmed the diagnosis and then it shifted to this is the general process 4. Pushback that I misunderstood her pushback that I either do all this legwork of collecting paperwork and uploading and faxing in two different spots to hopefully pass this mysterious group review to schedule an appointment or find another doctor and request a consult and hope they believe it's also a fit While I don't doubt the doctor is great, the front door to clinics is incredibly important - not only to help ensure the providers can focus as much as possible on what they do best but also being responsible in how they interact with patients and their data.

But for the last three years, I've lived with daily pain that no medicine could touch. At my first appointment with Dr Paddock, he listened to what was going on with me over the years and reviewed the years of lab work I brought in for him to see. He then ordered a few labs at a conventional provider (Lab Corp). The new labs showed I had an active virus, and some other endocrine and vitamin deficiencies that the conventional specialists had not considered testing for. Dr Paddock recommended a few natural supplements, a safe herbal based sleep medicine, and a referral to an expert chiropractor for women's musculoskeletal issues. Starting within two weeks of his treatment plan, most of my joint and back pain and sciatica had vanished, plus I regained the energy and mental sharpness that I thought I'd lost forever. I highly recommend this smart, insightful, and caring doctor. While I am still in touch with my conventional MDs, I feel that this naturopathic approach to health has really worked for me, and I will be a patient of Dr. Paddock for years to come.

I've seen Dr. Paddock over the last two years to receive my constitutional homeopathic remedy and have noticed great improvements in my stress levels, feeling of well-being, and some skin complaints that I had since I was a kid. I've had lots of other doctors and counselors treat me in the past, which have all helped, but the homeopathic remedy that Dr Paddock prescribes completes the treatments and gets at a deeper level of healing in my opinion. Dr. Paddock's visits are great because he doesn't rush me and I feel well-cared for. He gives nutrition and exercise counseling as part of his whole picture of advice. He's very professional and remembers me each visit, which means a lot from a doctor. He works with my other providers too, which makes for a nice team. I can also schedule appointments online through his website. Overall, a great experience.
