We have been waiting for 3 years to get decaying front Doors Replaced and they keep telling us the Replacements are too expensive and all they are willing to do under the owners direction is to Bondo and Paint. Lets Face it with a Property that is over 60 years old your anticipated replacement has far exceeded, the return on the investment has been tenfold. The maintenance charges are exorbitant and its probably time for an audit to actually see where the $$$ is going. It's really a shame that These Companies can coexist amongst the Community who represent themselves as Community Banners and do actually nothing to improve the Community for which they were established to help preserve.

I am getting inundated with their flyers in the mail. I emailed the address on the card at least three or four times. Not only do they not respond, they continue to send me their junk in the mail. When I I contact other agents after one mailing, I usually get a response and don't get another mailer. I already called the state licensing board and they told me that pretty much - this is my only recourse. Maybe this will goad them to do the right thing. In the meantime, if they're not responsive to this simple request, perhaps they're not responsive when dealing with your most valuable asset .... just sayin' ...... I would be happy to remove the post if they take the requested action ....
