We came here for brunch on a Sunday and it was really good: the food was delicious, it was reasonably priced, and the staff was really nice. There was a nice variety on the brunch platter, or you could pick from a few other options (tarte + salad, croque monsieur + salad, or soup + salad). The a la carte options were around 8€, and the brunch was 13€.
I got the tarte that had cheese, eggs, sundried tomatoes and mushrooms and it was delicious and tasted homemade and fresh. It came with a nice salad, and the lettuce was fresh and was topped with carrots and radishes. This wasn't a huge breakfast/brunch, so if you're not super hungry, this is probably fine - but if you're hungry, I'd go with the assorted brunch platter.
My husband got the brunch plate which came with soup, a salad, an egg, bacon, and 2 tartines (bread with a hummus spread and one with a beet spread). I think sometimes they do avocado toast too. All the things on the brunch plate were fresh, and the hummus tasted homemade. I tried a lot of his brunch platter and really liked everything, and we both would recommend this!
The owner/chef spent some time in England, so a lot of the pastries that they serve are British or American influenced, like banoffee pie, cheesecake, etc. There is a nice selection of pastries and baked goods that all look homemade and delicious. We didn't end up getting anything, but would definitely come back here to try something.
The coffee was delicious too and perfect for a cold morning! The service and food were quick, the decor in the restaurant/coffee shop was really cozy, modern, and tastefully decorated. It's . great place to come for brunch or for a coffee/tea and a pastry. I'd recommend this place if you're in the area! read more
