That can be a pretty big risk for a doctor or dentist's office, as my insurance sent me the check that they should have sent to the dentist's office and I'm sure some people keep those checks. My dentist anxiety is off the charts and they are very accommodating and sweet. Dr Burnes is efficient, kind, patient, and tells you everything he's doing so there's no surprises. That's not a good dentist. Ranks ways down there with Richard Leong, who has been sued for making up stories about cavities that don't even exist. I have periodontal disease and have had it for years, so I knew what to expect. I went back last week and had a deep cleaning, on one side, which was done under local anesthesia (shots). Dr Christy has a gentle touch and a very calming demeanor, which helps with someone as nervous as I am in the dentist chair. My deep cleaning went well and I go back in a couple of weeks to have the other side done. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The office is clean, modern and has a very nice atmosphere. I am glad I found this dentist and feel like my dental problems will be well managed.
