They told me they didnt have it and that I would have to buy my own key lug from the car at an auto parts store. Well seems you cant do that. You have to get it through car manufactor. What if I had a flat on the interstate? I would have been stranded not knowing I need a key to remove the lugs. I am pretty upset with these people. I enjoy my car but I should have been informed that I needed a key for my lugs. This is just outright bad business! Shame on you!

Did not try and make excuses. He just wanted a chance to earn back my business. He brought me a loaner car, picked up my truck for warranty repairs, plus a replacement key for my wife. Hers was stolen with her purse. Today my truck was delivered back to me with all repairs complete, a new key, and a 4 page inspection of my complete truck with recommended future maintenance. It was as clean as I gave it to them. (I just had it detailed the day before they picked it up). I was a little concerned as it might get filthy on the lot. Nope. Great job Ken Wilson/Crossroads Ford. Thanks Dustin. OH...and no charge for any of it! Even the key. It's a good day.

Thankfully, we were only seven miles from a dealership. After having the car towed, the service team immediately started working on the issue, despite their busy schedule. Although they were unable to obtain the necessary part on a Friday, they arranged for a rental car and drove us 35 minutes to collect it. The following day, I received a call to inform me that the repairs were complete. Additionally, the service team took the initiative to inspect my vehicle for known issues and discovered that the fuel pump was malfunctioning, which they subsequently replaced. I purchased a vehicle from autostart canton a month and a half ago. My first visit went great,…read morehowever, i didn't purchase the vehicle that day. I came back a couple weeks later and got a quote. I asked if they would take any less because it had some minor damage (scratches, small dings, rust). They insisted they were losing money and they couldn't go any lower. I told the manager, Joey, that I wanted to bring my dad by before I made a big decision like that. He got hateful and said "What's your dad gonna do? he's not going to make us lower the price." I left and didn't plan on going back. A couple days later I got a call saying someone else wanted the car but it was mine if I came and got it that day. I turned it down. The next week it was still there (they lied to try to pressure me to buy it). The price dropped and I went back to get it. First let me say they told me I could get 6% APR but after i signed the papers they told me it was 9%. They said that it was because i didn't provide proof of income (which they told me they didn't need). I drove off the lot with a quarter tank of gas after trading a car with a full tank. 3 days after purchasing the car the blower started knocking. I contacted them but it had stopped. I showed them a video so they could hear it. They said took my car to the waynesville shop and gave me a pt cruiser on empty to drive until it was fixed. I asked the manager if they could put some gas in it because my car that was getting fixed was full. He huffed and yelled at his employee to put $10 in it.... $10 to get me 3 days waiting for my car to get fixed that shouldn't have been messed up. The next day I called the waynesville shop to get a ETA on getting my car back. they said they didn't have my car and said they would call canton and get back with me. They never did. When it was time to get my car i put the $10 back in the pt cruiser only to drive my car away on empty. Keep in mind I had filled it up right before taking it to them! I got my car and they told me they fixed "whatever was wrong with it." but they took it to hendersonville. I asked if I could call hendersonville and ask what they had to fix and she said no but she would call for me. A few days later I contacted her to see if she talked to them and she said they fixed it but they didn't have record of what was fixed because they didn't bill anything. So thats where I'm at right now. I contacted hendersonville and there is absolutely no record of my car being there. They drove my car around for their pleasure to act like they were fixing it, used all my gas, and lied to me. They are a bunch of crooks.
