Gina, the owner, came to my home to personally measure, give me a quote, helped me pick my fabrics and offered lovely suggestions to a kitchen remodel I had going on.... I will call her for all my decorating questions and help! The installer who came to install the custom plantation shutters was very polite, professional, and "persnickity" with his work! Didn't know the brand but knew it was purchased there. Didn't receive much help locating but found it myself. Gina Culprit quoted me a price that was higher than anywhere else online (and later found a local place cheaper as well) and a shipping cost that doubled the price. I asked her if she did a military discount or price matching because I found it cheaper elsewhere. She told me "to buy it there, then." I asked her if I did something to irritate her, she responded "I'm working on a different $7,300 job and you're bickering over $0.50." Actually, Gina, I'm bicker about your price being 30-40% more expensive that even a local competitor.
