I went through thirteen; yes thirteen, different selections before we actually found one that they had in stock to cut a small 16.4 sqft section out of on 1-20-2021. Only to then be E-mailed a week later on 1-28-2021 by Jordan Rogers saying they had made an error and I would yet again need to come in and make a different selection. Once my new selection was confirmed on 2-3-2021 I was finally given an installation date. Of which was delayed by S&H three times until finally they came to install my countertop on 3-12-21. During the process they immediately punctured a section of wall with a prybar. Installed the backsplash and caulked partially over the damage before only making me aware of this as they were leaving. When I contacted them about this issue I was promptly dismissed with a E-mail from Chelsea Eaton saying this sort of thing is considered "incidental damage" and apparently acceptable to them. I will now have to pay several hundred dollars to an independent contractor to come remove my brand new backsplash installed by S&H, have a section of sheetrock cut from the way, replaced, re-textured, and repainted to fix it properly due to this.

I got a couple quotes for countertops prior to finding this company. And one did not even get back to me. Picking slabs of granite was very expensive. You just have to be aware that you won't be able to use whatever area that you have serviced for possibly two days or more. To ensure you do not mess up the process before it settles. Also you need to make sure you follow the rules of keeping it clean to keep it nice protected shiny and appealing to the eye. I have attached the care paper with this review. The process from calling make an appointment to the picking the colors, to Brandon coming and installing the coding was very good. They all have amazing customer service and are extremely polite. I have an older house and have been trying to figure out ways to update it without taking tons of vacation time or worrying about tons of strangers being in my house for a week at a time. This process was complete within a day. I definitely recommend this company. I just got the service complete and have to wait 48 hours which is why I'm not giving a five rating. But the service looks beautiful. If you need a cheaper solution that's quick definitely give them a try. Also keep in mind that since you can't touch it for two days that if you're older and have big appliances you may need someone like a friend to come over after the drying time to reinstall your appliances.
