Good service. Shipping was crazy expensive for a small order coming from Carrollton. Nice quality. Thank you and will recommend.

Cannot recommend this company. Went to them for a new kitchen floor because they've been around a…read morevery long time and I have used them before. Everything went fine until the (contract) installer came. On the quote I was charged $500 for floor and subfloor removal. The installer didn't know anything about it and then proceeded to argue that I would be opening a can of worms if they were to remove the flooring. After calls back to Breegle I did get him to remove the flooring but not the subfloor. As a result my kitchen floor is about 1&1/2" higher than the floor that butts up to it. Looks horrible and definitely a toe stubber! Not happy at all and when complained again all they said was "oh is it too high?". Duh!

I make sure that we are empathetic, resourceful and go the extra mile. I have spent much money remodeling my office and home. When I buy something and get the wrong size, I expect to exchange this. The item was not special order. In fact cost more than the one I bought. I bought an 8ft piece of Formica when I need a 12ft. It ws still in the wrap and I was charged a restocking fee. Now I can afford the fee it was that as a company owner having spent much with them......Oh, I would have just charged for the extra length. I am now fighting with myself because I looked at cabinet handles, meaurels and other things that I'd just love to get but will not because of the principal. I was just so so disappointing that now I have to tried to find some where else to buy my decorating things.

I said, the deal was for full payment upon completion. As they were drawing close to the end, I inspected the work, and found some areas that needed work, and gave a thorough inspection report and they refused to do the areas, and demanded full payment. They also treated us horrible, for asking them to fix the few things. They were very disrespectful. Now, we are having to hire other contractors to come in and fix their mistake. It appears that they may have done more damage than good on the foundation and it is going to cost me more than what our repair budget was times 3! (It appears that they did not know what they were doing and we are paying for it. Foundation work is out of their expertise. They even botched the exterior paint job, and did not do proper prep work to ensure good paint adhesion. Within days it was evident and showed multiple locations of peeling and blistering. This too will have to be redone by other contractors to repair their work. If you look, you will see only positive reviews for work done on fence jobs, deck staining, or small renovations. I am also filing a complaint with Yelp to try and get money from the "Yelp Guarantee" to help us with the damage caused. Last weekend they even posted a thing on Facebook with our picture and slandered us on a public forum, and now we are contemplating filing a defamation lawsuit as we are being attacked in public. We are not even able to give our side of the story. It is affecting our personal life, and people are treating us like we are scumbags. In the forum, even the owner of the company is calling us names even though we wrote them and tried to work it out and give them an opportunity to make things right. Not very professional at all. Let the pictures tell the story. But, if needed, we can even give text messages of how we were treated so anyone thinking about working with them can understand how you can expect to be treated if you question their work. More pictures can be provided as well. We even have other reports from professional contractors showing their work discrepancies.
