The other company said it was going to cost about $600 to fix the issue and he turned the water off in 2 sinks, my kitchen and my bathroom. My water actually got colder. Smith's is the certified Navien tankless dealer that installed my unit. When I explained that me and my family had no hot water, Ryan drove 55 minutes on his holiday day so we would not have to be without hot water over the holiday weekend . He was able to fix the problem in 5 minutes. It was just an internal switch that had tripped possibly due to a recent power outage. Not only did he get the hot water flowing again, he saved me $600 that the other plumbing company was going to charge me and not fix the problem! I called and Amber was extremely nice and helpful in getting me setup for an appointment. She even gave me a number to send the video of the leak I had. My appointment was the next afternoon. The next day Amber had texted to let me know that if it rained the technician would reschedule since it would be difficult to find a leak in the rain but that the technician would let me know. However the rain held off and I received a text that the technician was on his way. The text had a picture along with the name of who was coming. That is something I liked and really felt stood out with customer service. The technician Joe arrived extremely nice guy down to earth very professional. He got right to the job and literally within 15 minutes checked out what was going on. He gave me the estimate-and military discount. I was ready to schedule for the service to see when they could do it. I pulled my calendar out and Joe was like are you going to be here and I said yes and he said ok I'll go get my tools. Lol! I was like this is great I had no idea he had time to take care of it today. It was perfect. Joe got to work and I mean this guy worked! He got the job done and made sure everything worked ok. Found the problem, fixed it better than before with better parts. He made sure that the work he did I was happy with and I'm telling you the service from this company from the first phone call to Amber to meeting Joe was "Top of the Line" excellent service! I had seen many ads for this service, so I was excited to try it out. The employees I met were…read morenice, but are left handling customer complaints because company policy doesn't permit them to disclose several things. It comes off as misleading, especially since he said they aren't even based here. When scheduling over the phone, I was told pricing depends on volume of items, but no "starting at" price or anything. I was surprised at the prices (starting at $169), and especially surprised at the ADDITIONAL $150 labor fee that I also wasn't told about. I was later told that if I had my items in a central location that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 fee, but if I could move them myself then I wouldn't have to hire a service. What I thought was going to be an easy and reasonable service turned into feeling misled and scammed.

I found Lopez landscaping on Yelp and gave them a call. They came out and gave me an estimate that was comparable to another estimate I had done a few days earlier. Based on the pictures I saw on Yelp of their work and the conversations we had about what I wanted done, I decided to go with them. I could not be happier with the job they did. Jose and his team dug up and removed all of the dead and damaged shrubs and bushes and then cleaned the flower beds and planted new azaleas, hostas, pencil shrubs and other plants. They then mulched all of the beds and cleaned the area. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results.
