They wasted our time, energy, and money, leading us into to fill out an application (with a fee, of course) and hand over every bit of our personal information including medical history, only to turn around and say they don't accept our dogs- the realtor failed to mention that German Shepherd is an "aggressive breed" when I had TOLD them that is the animal I have during the property tour. Unfortunately, they are discriminatory towards disabilities, and they couldn't care LESS about anything you have to say. I would hate for anyone else to be treated the way we did. I wouldn't give these people a single cent more, and I hope no one else does either.

We we wanted to start the lease about a month and a 1/2 from our application and was able to do so... Love that is VERY dog friendly - and have met some really nice new friends via walking our dogs. The property is very well maintained, and any maintenance request I turn in is acknowledge within 24 hours, and then we set up a time that works for both of us. The maintenance crew is excellent. The ladies in the leasing office have been wonderful to work with. I just renewed for another 13 months!

A man named Gary forwarded me to Catherine Cardneaux, and we set up a time to meet to tour the property. She advised me that I had to sign a contract, basically stating that she was going to be the listing agent for this property and if I were to move forward, she would be the one to facilitate the transaction. Upon signing this contract, I notice that she had put that I (tenant) would be paying 55% of her brokers fee and the landlord would be paying 45% of her brokers fee. I did not hire her for this property, nor did she help me find this property. I found this rental all on my own searching on Zillow. And she thought I was going to be a bird brain and sign this contract without reading it. She was trying to facilitate a GREAT DEAL for the landlord by making me pay MORE THAN HALF of her brokers fee! Very unprofessional, and I advise anyone searching for a rental to use someone else!
