I debated whether or not I would actually leave a review for a while. But after my experience, it…read morewould be wrong for me to not share. After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over. But weeks later and I'm still finding places where she just did not clean. I paid for a move in move out clean WITH an up charge for extra cleaning and got...two days of stress and the old owners crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Sinks, windowsills, cabinets. I've spent hours scrubbing them all myself. I paid hundreds of dollars and I wholeheartedly regret wasting the money. Please don't repeat my mistake.

Although it was starting to get late, Angela called and said they were on their way. I told them it was okay if they would rather reschedule since it was getting late on a Saturday, but she said, "No. You're on our schedule and we're going to take care of you." Upon arriving, she and her husband, Nick, the owners of the company, were extremely polite and pleasant. We exchanged great conversation and they even took it upon themselves to clean a couple of items I hadn't originally asked for. They were a blessing in a time of need and our furniture looks and smells fantastic. I most definitely recommend using them for any of your cleaning needs. You will not be disappointed.
