I visited, and the fellows in there took time to graciously answer all my questions, to include the differences between gauge classifications, scales, compatibility, etc. The gentleman helped me filter through their stock for the right option, even let me run their model train in the shop. I was impressed by the variety of models (not just trains) available. When i am in need of models or supplies again in the future, this will be my first stop.
