Paid $52 (not including tip)

10/10 service, reasonable price, manicures comes with a short shoulder, back and neck massage. Vibe is great, they have music playing, some of the kindest people i've ever met. I started coughing and almost immediately I was handed a water bottle.

Cindy is the best, always takes care of me and does amazing renditions of my inspo pictures. Sweet staff- and talented artists throughout the shop; definitely would recommend.

After years of looking for a great nail salon today I found my nail paradise! Amazing pedicure, phenomenal hard gel fill and even my eyebrows are on bleek

One of my favorite nail salons. Friendly staff and clean pedicure chairs. Huge assortment of colors with regular, powder and gel, there's even perfect match with gel and regular polish. I have never made an appointment and usually there isn't a long wait either.

Spooky season. I've been here a couple of different time I feel like it really depends on the technician that you get but I'm very pleased with the nail that I got

Thank goodness I found them. They are amazing. Clean autoclave bags. Pricey, but worth it.

HORRIBLE! Went in to have my gel polish removed....they soaked off my acrylics I had literally had done a week before!!!! That after making me wait 2 hours! And after the crew up still had the nerve to charge me the $5 for the polish removal! Make sure you look at the pic of how they let me leave this place!!!

I've only been here once but had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and talkative. The place is up to date and very clean. Prices are reasonable!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Don't go to this nail salon!!!! Now I've been to a number of nail salons all over queens. I only went to this place because I was desperate to get my nails done before the weekend and I live in the neighborhood. Never again will I make this mistake. I walked in on Thursday evening around 6pm asking for a gel manicure and reg pedicure. There was about 3 other people in there so it wasn't busy I sat down right away. The lady who did my nails was very sweet but clearly she didn't know what she was doing. I guess the owner who is a man was the one who told her what to do. I was fine with that being that he was with another customer and couldn't do my nails himself. The lady looked at my nails and asked what I had before and I told her it was a gel manicure. She stared at my nails for a while not knowing what she was looking at and then I figured it out later on. It was because she didn't know how to shape my nails!!!! So I got my pedicure done first. She did a nice job, massage was nice too. The problem I had was with my gel manicure. Maybe I'm spoiled because I usually go to nail salons that specialize in nail designs because she didn't know what I was asking for. All I was asking for was a French gel manicure using the color black for the tips. I also told her I wanted my nails cut but she insisted I keep it long because it won't look nice with the French (as what she told me). Now I know, stiletto nails have been around for a while maybe a few years but she didn't know how to trim my stiletto nails. So she began cutting and cutting some more and they became shorter and shorter and I wasn't happy. The guy (I guess owner or manager) came over as if he was mad at her and then started to shape my nails after she already butchered them. After he was done...MY NAILS WERE NO LONGER STILETTO SHAPE!!!! They were crooked and all different lengths and shapes. I was so unhappy I wanted to cry. So instead, I just told the lady I won't do French, I'll just do 2 different colors, 2 nails will be black and the other nails will be a plain beige color. I did that to both my hands. After all was said and done, I was charged $3 extra for my nail shape! I was like are you kidding me??? You're charging me for the shape I already have???????!!!!! The owner said its because it's not a "normal" shape!! Wtf does that even mean? Stiletto nails have been around for a while!! Then he stated, " I didn't charge you for 2 colors." What?!! Yes I used 2 color gel nail polishes but I didn't get a design, all that was done was it being painted on. It's not the $3 that they charged me with. I'm very much ok with being charged for the quality and effort they will put into my nails. It's the fact that I got ripped off and was charged for the nail shape that I already had walking in there. Lesson learned: don't just go to any nail salon because it's convenient and not busy. There are reasons for that! Never again!!!!

They have a lot of staff, which made everything run smoothly. Coming from a loyal Double Easy customer, I was really impressed by how clean, modern, and well-organized this place is. I originally asked for a UV gel fill and was given the option to wait or get a pedicure, so I chose the pedicure first. The woman who did my pedicure was so sweet and friendly, and while I'd rate the pedicure a solid 7/10, the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Andy did my hands and WOW he was incredibly thorough and detailed. This is honestly the best set I've had in a really long time. I got a gel French pedicure and a French UV gel fresh set on my hands, and everything came out beautiful. Total was $140 with tip and tax (paid with card), and it was absolutely worth it. Great energy, great service, and a space that makes you want to slow down and take care of yourself. I will definitely be back.

Thanks Jayden for making my sixty year old hands look young and beautiful again.  I've never…read morereceived so many compliments before, even from strangers. This was my first visit to this nail salon on New Year's Eve. I was fed up with my old salon that I had went to dutifully for 5 years.  I loved my manicurist but hated the rude and greedy owner.  When my manicurist left (supposedly she went back to China), I knew it was time for me to find another salon.  I found LG Nails on a fluke.  My beau and I were looking for a vegetable store in the area and stopped at a red light in front of the salon.   I heard a clairvoyant voice say, "Come hither" and I went in.  Lol I had a really good vibe about this salon.  Upon entering everyone shouted, "Happy New Year" and welcomed me.  It's a real "NYC Melting Pot" experience. People from all races, religions, cultures, sexes, ages, economics, education, etc. were being serviced.   Very Kumbaya. I wanted a spa pedicure and a new set of coffin shaped tips.  The manager introduced me to Anna for my pedicure.  She was very personable and knew how to give me a "Sha Nay Nay Pedicure" ( Watch Martin's Video: https://youtu.be/eXhPgpEeD1c). Lol. This nail salon has over 13 nail stations and 6 deluxe pedicure massage chairs. I'm 5'11" and the pedicure chair was very comfortable for a change.  I'm usually squished up in some small chair with painful pounding and knocking in the wrong places, instead of a soothing massage.  The pedicure by Anna was excellent, good massage, calluses gone, and toe nails glissining.  While receiving my pedicure, I met another patron with gorgeous nails who said,  "I don't care who I get.  They're all good." She further explained she had been coming to LG since they opened and that in order to work at this salon, the staff are well-trained, must work as an apprentice, and must deliver consistent and excellent quality services (or else). I should also mention that I observed good hygiene practices and a very clean environment with my own blue plastic wrapped pedicure bowl and clean utensils Then I was I introduced to Jayden.  Jayden is a Master nail tech.  It seems everyone speaks English  well and are friendly, which I really appreciated.  Jayden was sincerely interested in me and offered tips on how to care for my nails and skin in between appointments.  The entire experience took about 1-1/2 hours, which was great because I wanted to get in and get out. Cost The prices are AMAZINGLY inexpensive especially when you consider that they are double in Manhattan. Spa Pedicure: $27 which includes a 5-minute foot and calf massage.  Optional $3 for callous medication, $7 for skin conditioner, and $1 per minute for extra massage. Set of New Tips with 1 free nail design: $25 Plus customary 10% (or more) tip. My beau got a manicure too. Lucky me!  I received another massage with his nice smooth hands for New Years. Thanks again LG!

Let me start off by saying i will NEVER get my nails done by these people ever again. If it's a man…read morewho's going to do your nails when you walk in, RUN! He is very rude. He gave me a gel manicure and rushed the whole way through. While rushing, he cut me several times and breezed right through it and did not apologize for it. He just acted like it never happened. Then he managed to squish the nail polish on one of my nails and get nail polish all over my fingers instead of my actual nails. I asked for a refund and he cut me off and pretended to ignore me. Then when I demanded a refund due to his service, and how he cut me so badly, he got an attitude and started YELLING IN MY FACE. I kept calm because I just know as a black woman, he could try to paint me out to be an aggressive person which I am not. I then went up to a second lady and she told me if I did a soak off i would get my refund so i agreed. Then both her and the man who did my nails retracted their statement that i could get a refund at all and fought me tooth and nail. The only reason why I even got through to them is because other customers noticed how rude they were being to me and stepped in. They told me not to come back until next month to get my refund which i think is absolutely ridiculous! 0/10. Don't waste your time and money on this place!

I stopped by for a gel pedicure with French tips $38 and a powder sns manicure with French tips $42 (plus two fake nails since two of my broke) and I am actually very pleased with the job done. Total cost was $80 and worth it since my mani pedi looks amazing and even and I didn't have to correct my nail technician once. Maybe now I can finally relax when I get my nails done.

Or maybe it's the owners that are pushing these woman to be like this. I do hope they are getting a larger potion of the fees we pay to get our nails done. All of this cost me $ 70 plus $5 tip for the person that did my hands. Another issue is the way they treat the elder clients, they act like they don't understand why they are saying and push the more expensive treatments or gel or sns when they just want regular polish! My grandma has been bullied so many times. They start doing it and when these older woman realize what's going on they say oh sorry and act like they have no clue.
