The husband did the piercing everyone had freshly sanitized hands, no gloves which I didn't mind. He came and pierced her ears and he was kind and gentle. My daughter didn't make a single sound! I also brought in a ring to be resized but they were honest in telling me that I was better off sending it back to the jeweler who created the ring (pictured) because the setting was loose and they did not want to risk breaking the stone when resizing because the band was so thin.
