They are family-run business (Serhii, his brother and family members do all the work), Serhii is a great communicator and he responded to my detailed questions in writing very clearly while some other contractors don't care to spend that time/effort. Their pricing is also pretty fair. During the project they worked hard and kept the schedule as promised. During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. The end result was beautiful and it had been a great experience working with Serhii and his family crew! Northwest Flooring is definitely at the top of my list for any of our future hardwood flooring needs!

We have been coming here since they were called "The end of the roll". Completely Floored is just…read moreas good if not better. Have always received good reliable advice and recommendations from different staffs on tiles, LVP's and carpet. It has been several years we are still SUPER PLEASED with the amazing Italian tiles we used for our woodstove hearth and the laminate vinyl planks for my kitchen floor. The kitchen floor is slightly sloped in an uneven way the guy who helped us knew his LVPs and he even used the same product and answered all our concerns for the slope issue. Several years later, the LVP is still on perfectly and you couldn't tell there's a slope on the floor. The one he suggested sidestepped the problem and he was right! As for the Italian tiles, we get so many compliments on our wood stove area and we used the tile remnant for some homemade furniture piece for a friend it turned out so gorgeous. They have some really cool designs that most places don't have. They let us really take the time to decide too I never feel pressured here they are so laid back. Prices are very decent here too! This is something we refuse to buy online or at chain hardware stores. We came to learn the product you get here is way more superior and inadvertently, you end up getting good tips and advice since we install ourselves. We haven't been back for awhile and the staff remembered my husband. He could sense we just wanted to browse so we just took our sweet time and the staffs didn't hover over us. When we are good and ready, they were beyond helpful. Today, we were just there for carpet remnants for our stepvan remodel. They have a decent selection and what really prompt me to write the review was how COMPLETELY FLOORED we were when they told us the price. Probably less than what I would of paid online. It's 1/4 of what I had in mind so you get the picture! For the amazing deal, I am thinking why not redo the living room carpet!
