Third time I get the same thing. Fourth time I get an automated message that the guy has a voice mailbox that hasn't been setup as of yet. Apparently, this guy doesn't want business. I apologize up front if this is a result of a technical phone problem, but as a customer it's frustrating.

When I described to Ken the manufacture and clock movement, he immediately described the rest of the clock, amazing, this clock is 58 years old. Bottom line is, I took it to Ken, he had a manufactures repair book on this clock! On a follow up call, Ken had it running within day's. We mutually agreed to leave it with Ken for an additional week to make sure it was good. I'm happy to say, the clock has been running to be passed on in my brothers family. Thanks Ken!

I feel like I hit the jackpot when I decided to have Ken Wallace of Antique Clock Repair service my clock! Mr. Wallace has been in the antique clock repair business for twenty years and his knowledge and enthusiasm for timepieces is extraordinary. When Mr. Wallace came to my home to service the clock he found that my clock had some issues which made it difficult to remove the mechanism. I was very impressed with how meticulous and patient Ken was as he worked out a solution and lubricated the works. In addition to servicing my grandfather's clock Ken also helped me to get a very old mantle clock running that I had inherited from my grandfather. Bracelets and anklets are my favorite types of jewelry. There were other customers ahead before it was my turn. After a few minutes I can wear my bracelets again. He didn't just hand me the bracelets but he put them on my wrist. You know how it is when sometimes it's a struggle to fasten your favorite bracelet without assistance. I came in on a Saturday to drop it off and they tested to see what type of gold it was (18k) so it was $45. I signed the slip and left it in their hands. The following Saturday I called them to ask when I can expect it to be done and they said they were working on it at the moment and should be done and cleaned up before they closed. I ended up picking it up the following business day and the repair was great, the weld is super small and you can't tell unless you look at it closely. Would come back for any other repairs, if needed.
