From the very beginning Bruce listened to the tastes/foods that were important to us and delivered on our special day. Jordan was a true hero handling our event rentals and making sure we had everything we needed for our bar service. Both were very responsive the entire time, and even hosted us for a tasting a few months prior to the event allowing us to sample what we were getting ourselves in to. I'd like to add that we also played a round of golf with them- these guys really love what they do and the people that they get to work with and it was really special for us to gain friends along the way. I know what you're thinking but I'm the furthest thing from a bridezilla . We are a chill hippie couple who had a wedding in the woods . It was a small wedding . Originally we were thinking 120 people. Cynthia was easy to contact and gave me a quote and the price was great . I put down the deposit and all was well. Later on after rsvps came in I corrected and let her know that it was closer to 80 people . She said she would adjust the price . -awesome ! The day of my wedding came and the caterers pulled up and started cooking . That's when things got bad. There was not enough food . They fed 75% of my guests then Cynthia started drinking Coronas (that she brought herself) and I'm guessing getting tipsy Judd Hong by how she acted later . My husbands relatives were waiting for food after flying from New York for our special day. It took an hour and the caterers kids had eaten a ton on their first trip to the buffet. And yet my guests had not all eaten .After that Cynthia began bad mouthing her ex husband (in front of the kids she had with him) and calling her kids fat! What on earth ?! I was so and stressed out My dad ended up having to go pick up pizza later to feed my guests . It's such a shame because the food is pretty good . I've waited a while to write this review because one of my sisters had a relationship with her son and I didn't want to embarrass or hurt them . Also until now they had no platform for reviews . I can't go on with a clear conscience thinking that someone might make the mistake of having this company Caterer a day as special as their wedding After everything I texted Cynthia "hey I would like to go over how everything went down on my wedding day " (I wanted to ask what happened because I don't know how they ran out of food they supposedly prepared for 120 people and I gave them several months noticeI was sure that she would explain everything and it would be ok . She was so nice and we gave them a massive tip either way bc I wanted to support small businesses . If I had gotten an explanation I would not have posted this review .. but immediately when I asked what happened they blocked my number . I'm so so disappointed in you :( . I wish I had gotten the caterer my sister did for her wedding (I think her name was Renee believe she had worked for the vault and has a solid team and great values ) because she's amazing. I got screwed .
