Not only was he flexible with scheduling a move-out clean that was very complicated due to landlord issues, but after he was done the carpets looked MUCH cleaner than they had when we moved in 2 1/2 years earlier! And that was after 2 1/2 years, 2 dogs and 2 little boys! I wish I could have added extra stars. Really nice guy, amazing customer service, the best possible job - and all for less money than I had been quoted by 4 other companies. I will never use another carpet cleaning company and I will be recommending John to everyone I know in the area! Thank you!

After the third attempt, I just can't write anything positive about the current service here -…read morewhich has since changed ownership hands. I don't know if it's just a quirk of the industry, but I'm tired of carpet-cleaning people promising they can remove stains (and not giving me an accurate assessment of the damage) and then, when said-stain is still there, making excuses about why it cannot be removed. Well, it took three tries, but I've learned my lesson! Now, every time I walk by that stain, I'm painfully reminded of the ineptitude of service. Even the first time, which was just a routine cleaning, was disappointing. The carpet was drenched in water, to the point that it took three days in the middle of summer to dry completely. When I search for vendors locally, I usually rank by rating on Yelp. This place consistently came up, which is why I kept using them. If nothing else, I hope this review serves as a reminder (even to myself) to pass. There are other service providers I would recommend...I just wish I could remember their damned names.... :/

All-Pro Steam has also helped us in a timely fashion with emergencies - such as the flood, and "doggy accidents"The pricing is quite fair, and the owner is so very pleasant to work with.

I was so impressed that I didn't even bother calling anyone else! He was courteous, spent time on the phone with me, asked all the right questions, thoroughly explained his process and provided an estimate upfront. He called to confirm the morning of, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He and Brett were fun and personable (my cat liked both of them, and she's an excellent judge of character). We have a 5 level house with about 17 ducts, and they did a fabulous job. They were done in 2 hours, walked us through each room to show that they had cleaned up after the process was done, provided fun "before and after" pictures, and insisted that we call them if we were dissatisfied with anything. Air duct cleaning is something homeowners tend to neglect (ours had never been done- gross!), and it's really important for health reasons! I'm so glad we trusted TLC- Tom is a heck of a nice person, prompt, pleasant, reliable and provided excellent service. I'm confident the job was done right! Thank you!

The carpet cleaner I had used in the most recent years after I had bought newer carpet in another room and had worked for that carpet sales company has now changed career. So I called Nesheim's again to get my living room done before winter. This room has older carpet and had not been cleaned in 3 years, given the recent conditions for this sort of work. They were easy to schedule. The office gave a reminder call the day before. The worker arrived in plenty of time and was very professional and cordial. He worked hard, given the condition of the carpet. He had new equipment which seemed more powerful than what had ever been used here before by anyone. I guess the technology in the industry is better now and this company has invested in it. The price was more than fair, though we did do our own moving of the furniture both out and back in later. The carpet is vastly improved but of course will never pass for new anymore. But it came out better than I could have expected. If I had gotten the weather I was expecting, hot and dry like it was when I scheduled just 10 days ago, it would have dried more quickly but we worked around this for a day and it is just fine in the end.
