Hobby lobby has an overwhelming amount of items in all crafts and was such a pleasant experience shopping there. Plenty of employees to ask questions and get directions, very nice. I placed an online order for work. I was notified a few hours later that it was ready. I went to the store to pick it up the next morning on my way to the office. The pickup is right next to the registers, and an employee helped me find my order because it wasn't obvious where it was. Fairly simple process for the online ordering, and I used a coupon too. Plenty of parking even though it's next to Barnes & Noble.

Staff are friendly, but, need more training on how to do a basic exchange. I encountered a fairly new employee who was not familiar with returns/exchanges that I was inconvenienced with an issue that caused me to lose the discount that I had with the original transaction. Since she was young, I would encourage further training to alleviate the situation that I experienced. Lots of parking.
