We were having a Zoom Baby Shower and needed a few more items to complete the look. So off to Party City we went! It was a Saturday AM, and boy was the place hopping! Lots of people there (mostly picking up balloons). It took us a second to find what we were looking for, but sadly they were out. So we didn't end up purchasing anything at this location, but I'm sure we'll be back since it's close to our home. Can't speak to employees, since we did not interact with anyone. read more

We stopped by here to get a few items for a virtual party we were going to be having. We wanted decorations behind us, and for us to wear, on our zoom meeting. They had some of the items we had seen online, but not all of them. We ended up having to go across town to another Party City that did have the rest of what we needed. It's fairly conveniently located close to us. Parking is not a factor. Employees are friendly. Overall, it's a good store for party items for almost any occasion. read more

I wanted to brag on Party City on Montclair Road last week helping me with what balloons to pick for an engagement party. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but I called them probably 10 times in one day asking different questions. They were very patient with me, very nice, could not be more helpful! I know I drove them absolutely crazy and they could not have been nicer. I had them delivered and one of the balloons did not make it but they hire outside sources like Uber eats to deliver or one of those services I can't remember . They brought me another one immediately out for my party. I was very pleased with the customer service. They could've gotten irritated with me because I kept calling back, but they did not and I really appreciate it. read more

Party City has it purpose on being a place to shop for party supplies on any special occasion. I haven't been to one in years and since I had time on my hand, I figure I'll stop by here. With the month of October, I was expecting more Halloween costume and decorations throughout the store, but I saw only decorations and hardly no costume out on the sales floor. I would say I understand except that most retail stores have there Halloween merchandise out around the mid of September. The only employee I passed by didn't even speak or asked if I needed any help. If this what customer service looks like, then I'm not surprise about there rating on Yelp. read more

They are fine enough for the purpose they serve. I usually have something very specific in mind when I come here. And about 80% of the time, they have what I'm looking for. But some of that may be because it is a stretch if what I was looking for would be at any type of party store. They don't have the most vast selection of some things. But the shelves are usually pretty organized. The staff has never been friendly, but has never been rude either. It is about on par with what you can expect out of a chain party store. So I give them the middle ground 3 stars. read more

Got 3 stars because of the dirty bathroom! I also noticed that there was a lack of product on the shelves for the current holiday. Lots of staff working all around me but only one check out line was open. I think they usually have a great supply of stuff but for some reason it's not stocked well today. No one asked me if I needed help and I asked two workers a question about the "back room costume area" and they answered my question and kept right on talking. Its a good place for everything I need I just think it may be hard to keep a good crew employed. Its also right next to a SuperWalmart and Tuesday Morning. They probably compete with both! Lots of restaurants and fast food in the area too. read more
