Great experience in the rage room. Very therapeutic to release and smash things. We have been twice and I can't wait to go back!

We came in and had fun. Most of the breakable items were plates dishes and cups. There were some items for demolition which were a little sturdy. Sone things you'll have to hit harder so wear all the gear the offer. We had 30 minutes And we used it. I can see if you need to blow off some steam this is the place to go. Took my daughter and two of her friends here to celebrate her 19th birthday. We booked an hour and they enjoyed their time. We were given the appropriate gear to be protected and enough items to break for the full time. I think a lot of teenage aggression was let out. Overall it was a fun experience and would recommend. read more

This was such a fun girls day out activity! The lobby looks like a makeshift junkyard, filled with a random assortment of additional items you can purchase for your rage room. From there we got dressed in safety gear which included googles, a mask, and jacket. Their staff was made sure we knew all the rules and led us to a room filled with smashables! There was a stack of glass plates and bottles waiting for us, along with a windshield. We had a couple of bats and a hammers to switch between. The experience can be a quick workout! Smashing and sifting through the room was really fun and was a new way to release some stress. read more

Okay experience. Very overrated for a large group, advising an hour of rage room time. Items were very small and mediocre. Large items were not large at all. Time and money spent for a group of 5, only stayed in room a maximum of 20 minutes. read more

Everything was literally broken already. There was nothing left for me to do. Besides the 10 items we had neon to break. It was a waste of money. The only exciting thing was the thought of going. Talk about a waste. The rage I had I didn't get to use it. Now I'm left raging in my thoughts and head. I would love to dispute this charge but it'll be a complete lie. Don't waste your money!!!!!!! We had so much fun!! We ended up smashing everything in the room pretty quickly (there were three of us) but other than that soooo fun. And we got to connect to the bluetooth speaker in the room and play our own music which was a BIG plus! The staff was so nice and welcoming and made sure we had all the gear we needed to stay as safe as possible! read more

The rage room was fun. I don't know if it was $30 per person worth of fun though especially when all the items there to break are donated. We had a group of five and we're supposed to get the XXX large package of stuff to break but only if some bottles and small Glass objects and a lot of left over stuff to break. No big stuff.. It was cosmic which we did choose but it was hard to see through the goggles and face shield. It was fun but I don't know that I would do it again. They were not there for our start time either. On a positive note, the staff all were very nice and accommodating. They did take all the proper COVID precautions for those that are concerned. read more

The rage room could have been much better. Our time was scheduled from 7-7:30 They didn't let us go back to the room until about 7:10 but still made us leave at 7:30. I paid for 30 minutes and only was allowed 20. The room also comes with very few things to break, we only had 20 minutes and still ran out of items to break by the end of it. It was fun, but not worth the money at all. If you want to get your rage out, go smack a tree with a bat, it'll be much better. read more

Experience did not match the advertisement, price or expectation. Spoke with manager, no refund offered and staff was defended instead of making the customer happy. I paid $222 for a paint room for 8 kids for 45 minutes. 15 minutes into the session, I was told they ran out of provided paint and was charged $20 for more. I understand they need to put limitations on the amount of paint they provide but I found it a little ridiculous that at over $200 for less than an hour, the group ran out of paint in such a short time. they had a great time overall, but I'm disappointed with the value for the money spent. they should provide much more paint initially for such a steep price. read more

The only thing is that I wish we had more time because 30 minutes is not enough just my opinion lol. The staff were nice and accommodating - she noticed that the bats were broken and brought us two new bats to use before we started. I agree with other reviews about getting our monies worth, but it was still fun. I booked this for a Christmas gift for my sister and bro-in-law. They needed the date changed, and the Rage Room gave me a hard time about switching the date. When they eventually went, my siblings said it felt hazardous because they did not clean up the mess from the people before them, so there was broken glass everywhere. A friend booked her sons and some friends for his birthday and signed all the waivers for each participant in advance. She showed up early to make sure everything was needed and was told all was good and the room was ready to just ring the bell when everyone arrived. Once everyone arrived we rang the bell as instructed. He came up finally after a few moments and we were all told most the kids were under age and could not participate in the rage room. Waivers should have been reviewed in advance, Not 10 minutes after our reserved time. He offered a gift card for the adults to come back another day. A parent asked about the paint room, and we thought about giving that a try. But no one was prepared for the kids to be covered in paint, the water guns were tiny ones that the kids were instructed to not put any paint in. The facility was also so cold, there was no heat in the building. We finally decided to just ask for a refund so that we could leave. At first we were told no, they finally agreed to a refund but she was charged a $60 cancellation fee. This is absolutely absurd. Very disorganized. They wasted our time, we did not waste their time and should not have been charged any fees! Very bad business overall along with a very upset birthday boy. read more

We were about 10 minutes late because we got turned around (our fault). However, the boy there yesterday was actually quite rude and seemed to hate his job. The experience was also a huge disappointment. Nothing like we imagined. One small table with a few glass pieces like mugs. Jars, vases, and they give you a couple of crappy broken bats. Glad we were late because we wouldn't have knows what to do with the rest of our time there. Not to mention the goggles and shield were so scratchy or dirty it was super hard to see through. No cleaning is done in between visitors. Think we should open one up ourselves and run it properly. Never again. read more

unless you hear about it, you wouldn't know it was there but the experience was interesting but good. the only thing I didn't like was the masks the rage room part where you break items weren't suitable..the first mama smelled and wouldn't stay in place and it smelled weird and the second mask was just as equally unstable. The young lady that assisted us was nice and sweet. I will be back just would like for them to reevaluate their masks. read more

Extremely disappointed that I spent $95 and we only received like maybe 15 items (small saucers, coffee mug, vhs tapes, etc.....i think when I said 15 items I was being VERY GENEROUS). The BT speaker in the room didn't work so we lost about 10 mins or so trying to figure that out before finally having to leave the room and ask for help. The dude working there was polite and brought us a new speaker that worked. We we're able to salvage the trip by digging thru the already broken items in the room and finding other stuff to smash. Overall, we didn't let this experience put a damper on an AMAZING night spent exploring downtown! However, I would not recommend this place to my friends. read more

overall, experience was good. However, i have some huge qualms with this business. i purchased this adventure for my partner who had recently lost his father and i thought this would help let out a little 'rage' . upon entering the room, there were hammers, a youth baseball bat, and i large floor broom hanging all in the same vicinity. i assumed that since all of these were all gathered in the same corner that these were all free range to use. i picked the broom and just started smashing stuff in the room. About 3/4 of the way through the adventure, I was told over the speaker that I could not use the broom. at the conclusion of the 30 minute rage experience, I was told that I would have to pay for the broom. Here's my message to the 'Birmingham rage room'. Take any objects out of your rooms that you do not want broken.... Periottt. Shady as hell. Experience was good, business, not so much. read more

The overall concept is nice but they were short staffed when I took my daughter for her birthday. The male host was nice and accommodating. I gave them 3 stars because you are required to pay for a referee ($30) but I was not provided one because they were short staffed. I was not reimbursed either. Well where do I start? First it was a large group of us from my job on a team outing on a NON BUSY WEEKDAY so there was no need for attitude or like we was bothering them by being there! We waited 20 minutes or so for them to "get our rooms ready" when an appointment was made and again we on a work team outing so time was of the essence. Second, as we are waiting to go back we are standing talking amongst ourselves as ADULTS when all of a sudden the worker yells "UHM I NEED EVERYONE TO SHUT UP/BE QUIET"! To give us directions that already had been gone over. Again time wasted however this is no way to talk to customers ADULT customers at that! The young lady in charge of making the reservations specifically asked for laser colored equipment/room at which time he told her "you didn't pay for that" instead of clarifying with her what was purchased against what she asked for when making the reservation. Again rude! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL I EVER GO BACK! If I could give no stars I would. Your worker (didn't catch his name) acted like we were a bother to even be in his presence!
