Very professional, listens and has always the best solution or provide you with the best treatment option. I had a tooth that didn't look the greatest due to a root canal, etc., needed a special touch cosmetically etc. - Dr Vranjes and also my awesome hygienist Kylie recommended to see Dr. Montemayor. They can bill you whenever they want for outstanding balance, without thinking that patient also have time frame to submit claims. This clinic bill me outstanding balance for several several services done in 2022 in May 2023. Because it was past 90 days from service year, I was not been able to submit HCSA claim. I literally pay $550 out of my pocket without any ability to reimburse this amount. Clinic does not care.

The day of my appointment I walked in expecting to get the extraction done and Dr.Herget took an X-ray and told me I have lots of good tooth left and a root canal was an option to save my tooth. I was worried about the cost and wasn't sure. He gave me a week to figure things out and went back a week later for the root canal! Most intense procedure I've been through ever, the numbing wasn't taking but he ensured that it did! 2 weeks later I have 0 tooth pain and am SOOO happy I listened to him!! Two thumbs up! But, a new owner took over at the end of 2019 & after texting me about a promotion (and me telling them I didn't want anything to do with them, not realizing it was under new ownership) they offered to take a look correcting the previous dentists sloppy work. I have to say the new owner, Dr. Daya, is a stellar dentist who took ownership (when she was not at fault) for the previous dentists sloppy work and offered to make things right. Her & the team she has assisting her have seriously impressed me, this is what a functional dentists office should be. Wait times are short during weekdays, staff are friendly and respectful, prices are in line with the provincial average. This dental office has gone through a 180 degree change and I will be returning in the future.
