He is a very good doctor and I know that because of all the problems I have had over the years and he and his staff have helped me in several ways including giving me samples of expensive medicine that I cannot afford, and the last couple of years he has hired a back-up physician at the practice to cover for him.. I know through the years the wait time as been long, but they have corrected this by their scheduling. He has actually saved my life, according to the ER he insisted on - ASAP. It ended up, after he brought in a cardiologist and many tests later that I had to have a pacemaker installed. He has taken care of all my needs and I love our discussions on the state of the world - he is brilliant. I have a good relationship with the staff, they are very helpful and efficient. If course he has had staff changes over the years, but the new hires are great too! The only negative I can come up with is that I am not given copies of the various tests run. That is probably my fault as I have not asked for them. LOL. They also have cookies!!

However, after being healthy for three years and not needing to visit, I was surprised and disappointed to learn that they had canceled me as a patient. I now have to re-establish myself as a new patient, which comes with additional costs. They still have all my charts and history, so it was hard to understand why this was necessary. They told me that is the standard practice across the industry, but this affirms that healthcare providers are only in it for the money now, not customer service or patient care. I'm deeply saddened to know that this practice is more focused on squeezing every dollar out of you than on the health and long-term care of their patients.

The front desk and the medical assistant told me the appointment was at 10:45, and the doctor had "left the building" for lunch. When scheduling the appointment, the scheduler first offered 10:45, but I knew I could not get to the office that early and requested a later appointment. The scheduler offered 11:00. I am meticulous about my appointment book and immediately wrote down 11:00. I can only assume that the scheduler did not adjust the appointment time. I have worked at and gone to many doctor's offices. I have never been to a doctor who left the building minutes after a patient's missed appointment. Most doctors I worked with typically use lunch to do charting, finish morning clinic, etc. Rarely did they "leave the building". Additionally, the office is challenging to find from the car. The office is tucked into the side entrance in a courtyard, and the sign above their door is not visible from the road/parking lot. I am surprised this isn't a common complaint. Ten minutes of my late arrival was due to the difficulty locating the office. I believe many doctors in this practice are hospitalists, which would explain the lack of professionalism and customer service they expect from their staff. Perhaps they are not accustomed to the integrity and curtsy offered at offices associated with the Baylor or HealthTexas systems. The whole experience is unfortunate because I did like the doctor at my initial visit to their Plano office. I found him very thorough and patient. It is too bad that the Frisco staff was so inflexible and unsympathetic. I am very disappointed with the entire experience and will take my business elsewhere.

They told her to wait and someone would be there shortly. Five minutes later the office called back and told her to come wait inside. So we went inside where we found out they her wait outside for convenience, not for Covid. There were patients in the waiting area. Are we following Covid protocols or aren't we? They forgot she was out there. No one had prepared any tests. No one was coming out. They just forgot about her outside. Their attitude about the whole experience was unapologetic and indifferent. This place isn't for you or your family members.

They only prescribe medication and that's all, they dont call you for follow ups or anything. I'm tired of this place, I have moved on but they still want to collect a debt which my insurance has already covered. They told me they'll see me anyways cause it covered last time, now they want me to pay something I don't owe. How can I pay when I'm disabled and I get a fixed income, how dare they. Can you imagine your waiting room overflowing day after day and still treating each patient like they were her only patient. She has always taking the time to understand my needs. Thankfully, those crazy days are over and usually when you have an appointment, there is little to no waiting. I have moved several counties away now, but still use Dr Davis as my Doctor. I know eventually I will need to find a new doctor but she is family. I have never met a more caring and compassionate Doctor.

Not to mention I've been trying to get thru to your office for 10days now, I've called in the early morning, mid-afternoon, mid morning, 30min after lunch, I am CONSTANTLY put on hold for a minimum of 15min then hung up on all I want is an Appointment!! A special thank you to Officer Gonzales, who was one of the first people we encountered. Her customer service was wonderful and immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I also want to personally recognize Nurse Dusty, Nurse Casey, Dr. Grimm, and Registrar Rachael. Every one of you played a part in making a stressful situation much easier for me and my son. The care and compassion you showed truly meant a lot to us. Two weeks later, I had to bring my son back to have his stitches removed, and I had the pleasure of meeting Manager Jennifer Gilson. She was so kind and sweet! She had seen the TikTok review I posted about her staff and actually came out to thank me and shake my hand. The doctor office expected me to find my specialist doctors and do all the grunt work when it is their job to be medical professionals. If your toxic attitude prevents are or harms patients it's a hypo-critic oath violation. All Veteran's should avoid this entire clinic . What can they do better well don't be toxic and lazy and follow your oath to cause no harm to patients!
