Kimberly and Barb, her assistant, were absolutely the most dedicated real estate professionals I've ever known, AND we've moved 7 times, so I know! My husband and I were moving across country this time, so there was a lot involved in attention, timing, negotiating, and yes, hand-holding. She was knowledgeable, wise, and always had our backs. We immediately had multiple offers and a final price of thousands above listing price. The results spoke for themselves: our beloved home was sold in just 6 days to the best buyer. We will alwyas be gratefulto Kimberly for all she did!

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my home…read more From my very first conversation with Jesse, I could tell he was a go-getter and a great negotiator. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and confident without ever making me feel pressured. That was a big reason I decided to go with him. Then I met Desiree, and she was just as amazing. She was so sweet, easygoing, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I got to tour all the homes with her, while Jesse was working behind the scenes, giving us his expert advice, thoughts, and strategy along the way. I felt very safe and trusted them instantly because they really worked for my best interest. And when I say we looked at houses... we LOOKED at houses!! We toured MANY homes in such a short amount of time and they made it happen for me and worked with my schedule to accommodate my time. We submitted offers, backup offers, multiple offers, and went through all the ups and downs that come with trying to find the right home. Then one day... BOOM! The seller accepted our offer! Not only did they help me get the house, but Jesse and Desiree were able to negotiate a huge discount for me, along with credits toward closing costs. That made such a difference, and I'm incredibly grateful for how hard they worked on my behalf. Throughout the entire process, they were supportive, helpful, responsive, and always there whenever I needed something. But honestly, what stood out to me the most was that it never really felt like I was working with real estate agents. It felt like I was working with old friends and family who genuinely cared about helping me get into my home, and now they're friends to me. Much love and respect to them And when we finally got the keys , they even surprised me with some really thoughtful little gifts, and a surprise at home. Such a sweet way to finish an already amazing experience. So, thank you, Des, for being so patient, kind, and easy to work with. And thank you, Jesse, for being such a great negotiator and for always having our back throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything you both did for me, and I'm so happy I chose you guys to help me through one of the biggest purchases of my life. Thank you, Jesse and Desiree! If anyone is looking for a real estate team that will actually be there for you and make you feel like more than just another client, I'd definitely recommend giving them a call!

Giving five stars and a glowing review is simply not enough to express how happy we were to work…read morewith The GreenHouse team. As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to start. We were also out of state which made everything that much more difficult. I'm a big Yelp user and relied on the hundreds of other 5-star reviews to look for a real estate company. I was so impressed with Craig and Jesse from the start. The initial call was SO organized, thorough, and personal. Not only did they give us a incredibly detailed step-by-step guide of the buyer's process, but also spent the time to learn more about us as people and what we were looking for in a home. I was surprised my how much time and energy was invested before even signing any contracts with them. After meeting with a few different teams, we chose the GreenHouse Group and 100% stand by our decision! Communication was consistently strong and we were always in contact with someone/the entire team along the way. We worked with Lori & Alexa who also helped us navigate documents and important deadlines. The GreenHouse Group has a well-designed platform to track the home buying process--making it easy to see deadlines and to-dos. We worked with Craig for our Kick-Off Tour. The GHG evaluation system for homes captured everything important to consider when purchasing a home and we learned so much about what to look for when checking out a home. Craig was straight-up, incredibly knowledgable, and clearly looking out for our best interest. He took us to see quite a number of homes that day and even had snacks and waters to keep us going! Unexpectedly, and uncommonly, we found a home from that weekend's trip we wanted to put an offer on. Craig jumped right in and guided us through the 'make-an-offer' process. He worked incredibly hard to negotiate on our behalf and was able to coordinate inspections and video walk-throughs for us when we couldn't be physically present. We were always promptly and transparently well-informed and advised. We never felt pressured or persuaded to make any decisions. Craig and the GHG team presented the facts and gave recommendations based on 20+ years of company experience--always looking out for our best interest. They were 'real' and weren't out to "sell us" on anything. Even during the rent-back process, the team coordinated with the other realtor to work with the sellers on transitions and key dates. It was super fun when Jesse and Lori were already at the house when we arrived to pick up our keys--what a thoughtful surprise! To top it off, they came with a whole container of new home goodies and essentials for us to use while we settled in (and even had some for our dog!) The care box was super useful, especially when we didn't have any of our kitchen items yet! Even after the sale and getting our keys, the GHG team is still there to answer your questions and help you out--including a list of recommended contractors and other services you might need when moving into a new home. I'm sure I am forgetting something here, but needless to say, we 10/10 recommend the GreenHouse Group to anyone looking to buy (or sell!) a home. We have no regrets and could not have asked for a better team. Thank you GHG!

Steve Tull did not run my credit or process my application, and then ghosted me. I made multiple attempts to contact him via phone and text and no response. The other review I saw, the same thing happened and the woman was Asian. She even said she didn't know why he refused to process her application, he just stopped responding. Screenshot included. Here's what happened in detail: I toured a property in San Diego with Steve Tull. I fell in love with it and I wanted to apply immediately. I sent in all of the stuff required, but since I'm a 1099 employee, the full scope of my employment wouldn't be considered without further documentation. This is the exact email from Steve: "Thanks for all the information. It looks like you are a 1099 correct? I know corporate is going to want to see tax returns if so. Your income is so new they may not go for it. I don't want to run your credit unless I think its a go." I sent more documents. He told me I needed tax returns and to show 3x rent in savings ($20,100!) I thought that was crazy. But after gaining some more clarification about everything they needed from me, I sat at my desk for 4 HOURS to compile all the necessary documents, from 1099's to W-2's to tax transcripts, to A FULL AND COMPLETE INCOME LEDGER with every single income item for the last 2 YEARS, WITH links that take you to the exact bank statement for verification. And I also included proof of over $17k in cash reserves, and then proof of a pending wire transfer for $10k from my business account if the $17k wasn't enough. I applied with a co-applicant, but it's like Steve wouldn't even consider that his income would be stable and consistent. It was all on me. I felt as if he was actively rooting against me. Like he was asking for more and more, just to try to get us to drop out or be disqualified. I sent everything over and I even ASKED him to run our credit and background check. We never heard from him again. I called, no answer. Left voicemails, no response. Texted, nothing. He also knew that my timeline was coming up quickly, and instead of just telling me no, or maybe even, "sorry, the owner decided to go with someone else," he just dropped off the face of the earth. I say this, hoping and praying that nothing happened to him. I hope he didn't end up in an accident, I hope he's not in the hospital, I hope he didn't just drop off the face of the earth, literally. But wow, I just can't believe it. The property: 2256 Albatross St Unit 6, it's a beautiful 3000sq ft unit that was listed at $6700/month. That's not a small amount of money. That's $80,400/year of cash flow and they would rather it sit empty than to even process my credit and background check.
