Where do I begin…read more... I called the night before my appointment and asked about a Swedish, massage 90 minutes. I was told $90 for 90 minutes and then I asked if they have hot stones and she said yes. So like many other places I've been to, I thought it was part of my massage but I realize I should have asked. More to come on pricing below. I go into what looks like a room for couples with a light that was dim but not dim enough to set the mood for my massage and the waterfall was extremely loud. The masseuse put a towel over the lamp which did nothing. An older lady came in who was my masseuse and she asked me what areas are bothering me. But before we started I should have known something was up when my masseuse had a washcloth to wipe off my hands and my feet. Never in all of my years of having a massage has anybody done that. So that pretty much set the tone for things to come. I let her know that my neck and my shoulders needed work. I kid you not, she did more pushing on me then actual massaging and literally spent almost 15 to 20 minutes massaging my left arm... Just my arm and forearm! It was almost as if she didn't want to give me the massage. She barely massaged my back and yes I told her that my neck and my shoulders were the areas that I needed work but that's where she focused almost all of the time outside of massaging my arm and forearm. She rubbed my feet like she was grating cheese and then as she finished up using the hot stones on my back she moved them back and forth so quickly like she was trying to wipe a stain out of a shirt. On another note, I will say this is my fault for not speaking up but her nails were longer and subsequently I felt them each time she went under my shoulders and massaging my neck. So I get up and get dressed. When I go to the front this young girl tells me that the charge for my massage is $115. I explained to her that I had called the night before and they told me it was $90 for 90 minutes with hot stones. That was when they started babbling back and forth and that was when I told them to forget about it. I laid my card down, begrudgingly left a tip and walked out. Based on the reviews that I saw I had high hopes for getting a really great and relaxing massage. But I walked out realizing what should have been a relaxing experience turned into a waste of time and money.

I looked into some other massage parlors, and several other locations seem incredibly overpriced in comparison, so I tried booking an appointment for a special occasion. We booked an appointment over the phone to do a couples massage and were able to get an appointment same day in different rooms. The entrance lobby is very nice and tranquil, with some beautiful decor. We were welcomed quickly and gave our names to check in. Within the first 5 minutes, we were able to go in and start our massages. The massage was so relaxing and not painful at all. They put on relaxing background music and my masseuse was very communicative about checking for areas they should know about to either focus on or avoid. I felt like I could fall asleep during the entire session. It has honestly been my best experience for a relaxing yet effective massage. I will definitely be coming back because of the great rates and service!

The masseuse missed a whole part of my right leg (the area most needing to be massaged) even after asking for that area to be massaged still missed. The front of my shoulders and collarbone missed (also asked about and stil not done.) The full body massage apparently did not include feet, though, that was not communicated prior to beginning the massage. A truly terrible massage experience :(
