Estelle created for me a hairstyle and color that matches how I feel inside--vibrant and spunky. I get many compliments on my hair and I always point them back to Estelle and FIX Salon. Sabreana at the front desk is awesome and polite and calls to remind you of your appointment. The Aveda products are second to none and my color stays vibrant and shiny for at least 6 weeks. I explained my limited schedule and asked if I could come in on Saturday for a touch-up. The owner offered to squeeze me in but stated there would be no time for a blowout. I explained that drying my hair was necessary to confirm the color was corrected, but the response I received made me uncomfortable. I ultimately declined the appointment and said I would wait until my next scheduled visit. The owner then replied that I should find another salon that could better meet my needs. It's disappointing, as I truly liked my stylist and had enjoyed my experiences there up until this point. I suppose the moral of the story is that how a business handles customer concerns says as much about its professionalism as the quality of its work.

I have been to Kimi's several times, and not just for a haircut. When I first moved to Indiana, I…read morespent a lot of time looking for a new salon. I went to the cheapest, to the most expensive. No matter where I went, there was always some reason not to go back. When I stepped into Kimi's for my first haircut at their facility, I was immediately impressed. The atmosphere is calm and fun. The stylists talk and laugh with each other and clients. As I waited for my appointment, I realized I had been watching the people leaving and all the haircuts were amazing! I was starting to feel like I was in the right place, but the haircut would be the true answer. I don't have the easiest hair to cut. It is very thick and there is a lot of it, so to cut it right takes skill. And skill is what Kimi's Stylists have plenty of. On my second haircut, I am now a loyal client and will not go anywhere or let anyone else touch my hair. Lori is amazing. If you want a quality hair cut for a reasonable price, Kimi's is the only answer. And that is not all, go see Tina at Kimi's for the most relaxing, peaceful and comfortable massage you have ever received. They also do manicures and pedicures. Really, what's not to love?!? As for price, no service at Kimi's will break the bank. They are very well priced. Don't just take my word for it, go see for yourself!
