Heidi Thomas MD is by far the most caring, patient and thorough physician I've ever had. She's been with me through thick and thin and always has an encouraging word or hug for me. Her newest assistant Faith is a sweetheart and a step up from the previous assistants. Yes, the office staff has seen some turnover and has made mistakes, but I see a definite turn around in how things are being handled. Please consider the individual doctor before judging the entire practice. :-)
