I have been a patient here for many years. Never been happy with them but it has become far worse…read morein recent years. They are all about money and not patient care. They recently moved away from the more universal Mychart and implemented their own version. What a nightmare that has been. They lost records and I can't even work with them. I decided to start using a private lab because they offer substantialy more tests for significantly less money. Why should I be forced to use their lab? I assume they didn't like this because they absolutely refuse to load the results into their version of Mychart, despite me calling many times and providing them the results twice. I mailed them and delivered in person because they refused to accept them electronically or download them from the lab. Last visit they told me at least three times they are a business and eventually refused to see me as a patient. Keep in mind I owe them nothing so it is not a billing or payment issue. Go anywhere else if you can. They are horrible.

I would never go to Dr. Samantha Sondermayer again. She lied right to my face and said everything looked good.

Can't say enough great thins about Dr. Taxman! He is the rare kind of doctor who genuinely cares --…read morenot just about your symptoms, but about bringing you into full health. What sets him apart is his ability to balance naturopathic and allopathic approaches in a way that's truly tailored to you as an individual. He doesn't apply a one-size-fits-all protocol -- he listens, assesses, and meets you where you are. Working with him has been a genuinely positive experience, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a thoughtful, dedicated practitioner who takes your whole health seriously.

Edit: I reposted this review 48 different times on Google reviews under Welllife and Dr.Taxman but…read moreTaxman kept taking this review down. I would post, he would report to remove it, then I would repost and the loop repeated. I'm coming to Yelp and reposting for the final time. People get away with things because they rely on others being quiet about it and I won't be silenced. Here are some more details I initially left out of the below review because Taxman seemed confused. While I was having a panic attack he held up his wedding ring hand in front of him and waved his hand around showcasing his ring-- I'm not sure why he thought that was appropriate? What does his relationship status have to do with my appointment? Is this standard for all his appointments? He seemed confused, I told him while in the middle of a panic attack I'm not here to date you??? I'll continue to repost this until the end of time, no patient should have to tolerate this and then pay $800/hour My appointment with Dr.Taxman was incredibly disappointing. I had a small panic attack at the beginning of the appointment, when I recovered I looked up and his head was tilted down and eyes looking up glaring at me... he looked angry? We just sat there and stared at eachother for maybe 60 seconds until I broke off the stare off. It was scary, bizarre, and cruel. I was as mostly looking down with my eyes closed during this panic attack, so idk if I said something but I was kind of hyperventilating too. Nothing warrants that response from a doctor though. I still asked about my issues though, I have year round allergies I asked about and he shrugged and mentioned one drug, that was it. We went over two prescriptions I have, he said wow that's a high dosage when referring to my antidepressant, he did not elaborate. There was a knot on my throat he said he would be willing to see through till the end-- I'm OK, I'll go to another doctor. It's clear he didn't want me in the appointment and he had an attitude the majority of the time. He rolled his eyes twice while I was talking. I read glowing reviews from other patients who he's helped with similar issues before booking. He did help me some and he softened up near the end. There were several other issues but I'll leave it at that, he seemed confused by the purpose of the visit. I overestimated his abilities as a professional and as a doctor. Taxman has weak character and questionable moral compass if this is how he treats people/patients.

I wish I had stayed seeing him. Dr Tak saw me and I took her advice but after being referred out, I should not have return to see her. Her demeanor and attitude toward me changed and got frustrated. I sent a message explaining my situation and concerns and no one has cared to respond to me. After investing time and money (out of pocket pay) I'm greatly disappointed. They could hire a friendly face at the front desk. Whenever I had Mary, she was cold and unwelcoming to me. And that happened each time I encountered her.
