Worst medical care I have EVER received in my lifetime. Sprained my ankle while out of town Of the clinics in the area my Insurance would only cover a limited few. I went with Salem clinic even though it was over a 30min drive away because I though a bigger town/city was better than a smaller clinic. I WAS SO WRONG. From checkin to the time I left, my experience was terrible. 20-30min to check me in because they were training someone; I'm standing up on a throbbing foot in pain. I wait my turn, a nurse checks me in then the Dr. arrives. She's in and out of the room in less than 10mins. She asks me why I'm there. I tell her I fell down some stairs. She pokes at my foot a couple times says she's going to take an X-ray of my ankle only. I told her I have pain on the top of my foot, she disregards. I tell her I've sprained it before, it took 8 weeks to heal and had to get a cortisone injection and now I'm a flight attendant and I'm concerned about the pressure changes and wearing heels. I asked how long I need to be off work. The Dr asks me how long I think I need?! Last I checked the Dr is the person I come to to get medical advice. Eventually we negotiated that I should be off for a week. I ask if I needed a boot, her response was "we have boots" but no recommendations if I need one or crutches. I'm confused and appalled and forgot to ask any other questions because I feel like I'm not getting any medical advice from this person. She leave without telling me about after care or pain management and said she'd email my discharge instructions. A nurse came in so I asked her about pain meds she gave me some generic response and sent me to get an X-ray. I tell the X-ray tech about my terrible experience and she apologizes. By the time I'm done with X-ray I'm not comfortable with my exam and ask to be seen by a different Dr. I'm told to wait because there is another clinician there. A but later I'm I'm told I can't see that Dr because their policy is one exam a day and that I can come back the next day. I told them I'm not from there, I'm not close-by and I don't want to come back. I just want a second opinion by someone while I'm here because I don't think the other Dr was thorough, she barely did anything and gave me no medical advice. I told them I shouldn't have to pay for medical care I didn't receive and have no problem paying for my X-ray but the "appointment" wasn't an appointment it was me telling a Dr what my treatment should be. I left without a second opinion, no discharge instructions and a two sentence dr's note. They told me to call some lady in patient relations. I called and left a message requesting an exam fee waiver explaining my experience. We played phone tag for a couple months because she never answers her phone. I called the clinic again because I never received discharge instructions they tell me it's the apps problem n theirs. Never got my discharge instructions and no follow up care call. I spoke to patient relations lady, she tells me the medical director viewed the notes and they look fine so I have to pay. I told her I never even got discharge instructions and explained what happened and asked to speak to a supervisor or the medical director. She gave me some other lady's number. I left a message with her but she never bothered to call back and a couple weeks later sent me this generic letter. Don't go here they don't practice medicine, they're just in it for the money.

    Non stress test

For regular care, the Salem Clinic is ok. For Maternity care - DO NOT GO TO THE SALEM CLINIC. If I ever have another child it will not be with the Salem Clinic. I've been insulted multiple times by the medical professionals, their bedside manner leaves much to be desired, Ive gotten multiple mixed messages about my health while pregnant and in some instances even been given complete opposite information (I will reschedule or refuse an appointment before I ever see Mori J. Montagne, NP again). One of the medical professionals taking my blood made comment after comment about how big I was and asked multiple ways if I was "giving up," being induced or asking for a c section because I was so huge. Ive needed to send paperwork to the clinic and they refused to give me alternate ways to get them paperwork. I asked for a fax number and I had to ask multiple times before they reluctantly gave it up. I also asked for an email and they told me to send screenshot via MyChart. I pointed out that sending a picture would not be sufficient but they didn't listen to me. I can't wait to have this miserable process over with.

What sets him apart is his ability to balance naturopathic and allopathic approaches in a way that's truly tailored to you as an individual. He doesn't apply a one-size-fits-all protocol -- he listens, assesses, and meets you where you are. Working with him has been a genuinely positive experience, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a thoughtful, dedicated practitioner who takes your whole health seriously.

Welllife is a full on clown show. Annie Grossarth and Dr.Harding have no idea what they're doing…read morelegally speaking and they keep lying Imagine asking a doctor for help and the below happens. Then reporting it to owner and she states services were still rendered so payment is still required. Then having to repost this review 74 separate times because the doctor is trying to hide what happened. The next step is going to the Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine. I work full time, just started a full time Masters program, still dealing with extreme fatigue which was the main reason for my visit and I'm STILL trying to get some kind of resolution. I thought Taxman was a good doctor but he was horrible, self flattering, snide, and indifferent to helping me. I'm still flabbergasted because I thought I was choosing a good doctor who could guide me to other good doctors and give me advice. I did not get that at all. He could have rescheduled me with someone else if he knew he wasn't going to help me. People get away with things because they rely on others being quiet about it and I won't be silenced. Here are some more details I initially left out of the below review because Taxman seemed confused. While I was having a panic attack he held up his wedding ring hand in front of him and waved his hand around showcasing his ring-- I'm not sure why he thought that was appropriate? What does his relationship status have to do with my appointment? Is this standard for all his appointments? He seemed confused, I told him while in the middle of a panic attack I'm not here to date you??? I'll continue to repost this until the end of time, no patient should have to deal with this and then pay $800/hour My appointment with Dr.Taxman was incredibly disappointing. I had a small panic attack at the beginning of the appointment, when I recovered I looked up and his head was tilted down and eyes looking up glaring at me... he looked angry? We just sat there and stared at eachother for maybe 60 seconds until I broke off the stare off. It was scary, bizarre, and cruel. I was as mostly looking down with my eyes closed during this panic attack, so this came out of no where. Nothing warrants that response from a doctor. I still asked about my issues, I have year round allergies I asked about and he shrugged and mentioned one drug, that was it. We went over two prescriptions I have, he said wow that's a high dosage when referring to my antidepressant, he did not elaborate. There was a knot on my throat he said he would be willing to see through till the end-- I'm OK, I'll go to another doctor. It's clear he didn't want me in the appointment and he had an attitude the majority of the time. He rolled his eyes twice while I was talking. I read glowing reviews from other patients who he's helped with similar issues before booking. There were STILL several other issues but I'll leave it at that, he seemed confused by the purpose of the visit. I overestimated his abilities as a professional and as a doctor. Taxman has weak character and questionable moral compass if this is how he treats people/patients. Edit: I went to a real doctor and turns out my insomnia/extreme fatigue is from perimenopause, started HRT and my sleep has improved immensely. I didn't expect Taxman to know that necessarily but his suggestion for my sleep issues was that I was bored... and to stop taking day naps...and 6 hours of sleep is normal... Since I said I was going to report my experience with Taxman to the Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine because Dr Harding and Annie Grossarth weren't doing anything to help me they cancelled my Cymbolta appointment with a different doctor. So if a doctor does anything similar to you and you report it you'll probably be denied access to healthcare here... How many other patients have had similar issues here and they couldn't defend themselves. Try giving patients kindness and dignity, get some ethics training as an organization. Anyways, this place is a JOKE

I was sent to Dr Harmon due to a bad pap at my primary care. I have a history of cervical cancer. I…read moreonly had the pap at PCP because I'm new to Oregon and finding any care has been difficult. My initial appointment was ok. This must be how she sucks you in. I scheduled follow up for incontinence concerns (prior surgery and experience with this). Also depression/anxiety. I know my body and what I need to have done. Harmon mocked me for needing extra clothes at school like the kids because what I should do is the machine upstairs that fixes all that. She called me dumb for taking a SNRI for years and being pleased with it because that affects libido and everything should be about your libido. She is completely sex crazed and that's all that matters to her is if you're having great sex. She refused to treat my mental health with a prescription that I had been taking successfully for decades. She made me feel really insecure and terrible about myself but this was the only office I could even get in to for some legitimate health issues. I was pressured hard into some procedures that have left me completely numb so my libido went from low to gone. She did this by chiding and making fun. Other things too were pushed hard over insurance-covered things especially the pellet therapy. It was basically gaslighting and abuse that it's taken me a long time to realize. She never addressed my actual concerns. She screwed my hormones up so bad it has taken over a year to recover to a place where a thoughtful doctor can start over. Dr Harmon is preying on women and making a fortune with her trickery and scams. Avoid. I'd give zero stars if it allowed.
