Also, this location is in a good school district and feels well-maintained, safe, and well-resourced. The facility is bright, clean and modern. The staff members are welcoming and friendly. The care team here is patient, kind, reliable, caring and understanding. The patients are approximately 90% White, 2% Asian, 5% Hispanic, and 3% African American. Around 70% were born in the USA and had moved to the U.S. before age 12, 80% came from highly educated families, and 70% are financially well off. I am pleased with the quality of care here and feel comfortable coming here. Even though I am always the only Asian person here, I felt welcomed, safe, respected, and supported, especially as a person with a disability in that environment. As a person with a degree who values quality Healthcare, I highly recommend this Catholic Health facility. The doctor I especially recommend is Dr. Marie Roethel, who is a highly competent cardiologist.

Clearly annoyed she said we could wait for the other machine-we left realizing this place was not somewhere you could relax and but yourself in their care. DO NOT GO HERE-wasted a week of diagnostic time but found a caring facility that understands patient care. A sad excuse for a health care facility.

They scheduled the appointment in a location that couldn't do the test? This past Wednesday, I left work early for my appointment (originally scheduled in December), and you guessed it - they asked to reschedule AGAIN! I was already at the facility, they had already taken my payment, and I was sitting in the Women's Health waiting room when they told me the necessary staff wasn't there! My scan is not 4 months overdue! Furthermore, their communication system is excessive, and I've been bombarded with text messages, voicemails, and emails - all are impersonal and redundant. I'm done with them. Please NEVER use Lenox Hill -Go elsewhere for your scans and tests. Your health is worth driving the extra miles to a better facility.
