I was in need of one because my doctor retired. Dr. Benshar is so thorough. I was referred to Dr. Schwartzwald and this was like the greatest gift ever given unto me. He practically wooed me. Dr. Schwartzwald never cease to amaze me ever time he speak. He has a wealth of information that he gives to his patients and he is so reassuring leaving no stones unturned. He cut my consultation short and sent me for a repeat EKG even though I brought my most recent EKG Report. I then received a bill for a great deal of money because Medicare denied three bills falsely claiming that this care was the responsibility of a no fault claim, from 10/01/2005, which was obviously incorrect. Medicare then falsely claimed Cigna was responsible for this bill even though i have not been insured by Cigna since 2017. I disputed these ridiculous claims by Med and three months later I was told that these denied bills need to be resubmitted for payment by Premier Cardiology, yet every time I call this office to make them fully aware of their ethical and moral responsibilities and obligations all I keep getting is that it is not there job and I must submit them to Medicare. i advised these staff members that if they expect to be paid they need to resubmit their unpaid invoices to Medicare yet they adamantly refuse and keep hanging up on me. Bottomline, I personally feel that this practice needs to be investigated by Medicare and New York State because I feel that I have been taken advantage of, ripped off and deceived with fraudulent bill practices and tactic. I have never owed a cardiologist more than a routine co-pay maybe $50.00, certainly not $400.00. Don't make the mistake that I made.

Both times were had our own room for 2 nights, the 2nd time we opted for only 1 night since we were experienced parents. I remember the first time, the staff would teach you how to properly hold, swaddle, and change a baby. And if you were too scared which we were they'll do it as many times for you until you felt comfortable. I dont plan to have a 3rd child, but if I did, this would definitely be the hospital to go to without a doubt. Great care overall.

My visit experience had significant improvement. I said, why not give a review this time. I believe there were changes in the staff, current staff is more accommodating and friendlier. One thing that really just bothers me is how on earth they over booked patients - minimum wait time before can be seen for any test is about one hour and half, lucky to be called in an hour. The doctor schedule is really tight and while am already waiting in the test room, I know other patients were in the other rooms waiting for her as well. I love Dr Walia even during my first visit. She is sincere, professional and happy to be with. She clearly explains for sure to any of her patients what's happening and what needs to be done for wellness. The office and it's test rooms has unique and fashionably style decorations, has modern informative materials, updated test equipments and high technology system.
