They don't disclose pricing fully on things you don't need. They overcharge to the point that it's absurd and they use a reputation manager to filter their reviews in other apps. They participate in a fake website that contains only positive reviews - it's called "consumer guide to dentistry" and hides any negative and potentially inflammatory experiences. I won't discuss the fraud here. What "services" they provided and what they charge for - both you and insurance - are 2 separate things. I get on average 9 pieces of mail from them a week.
