So after paying Unlimited a premium for their services, we are having to pay again to have it redone. NO, just NO! Very disappointed with them and would not recommend them.

I ask what it would cost but was given the pat answer that they could not tell until they got into the job. The hourly rate was $70/hr. I figured at most it would be $100 or very close to that since I was just replacing one Gas stove with a new model. The bill was $292 for installing my stove that is outrageous!!! I was NOT informed that they start charging when they leave the office...my house is 30 min away from Their business and the two workers got lost and were driving around for an extra 30 min...(they did NOT call me for directions) and they were not off the clock until They got back to the garage. Almost $300 to hook up a new stove....I FEEL RAPED! THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. I still can't believe that they think it is ok to Charge $292 just to hook up a new gas stove....they do not do billing and that is Not said up front either. I will never use this business again.
