Then he tells me to return the following week. Why? Dr. Peterson did not tell me the reason for the return visit. I requested a copy of my visit note (8/12/25). The receptionist told me that she would respond to my email with the note. No response for almost 2 weeks. I finally called Ms. Morales about the visit note and she informs me that Dr. Peterson was aware of the request. I informed her that it is required of all licensed healthcare providers arerequired to do a note. I could be wrong, but my intuition is telling me he did not do a note. If that is the case, that is poor care quality from my standpoint. If you want a top notch Chiropractic care, please consider another Chiropractor.
