I'm not someone who runs to the doctor. I'll sit with a fever for a week before going in. So when I…read moredo show up, I'm taking it seriously. The doctor was friendly and ultimately prescribed the right treatment, covering two possible diagnoses at once, which I appreciate. However, the communication was lacking. The discharge paperwork only referenced one condition, with no mention of the second possibility. I only found out because my husband recognized the prescription names. When I asked the staff what the second medication was for, the answer was essentially that it "goes with" the first, which isn't an explanation. Patients need to know what they're being treated for and why, especially when the diagnosis is uncertain.

Only one unsatisfactory employee. Visited the office Friday, 8/29/25 with severe sore throat,…read moreheadache, and congestion. Tested negative for Covid, flu, and strep. Doctor thought that it might be too soon to be tested and advised to take an at home test the next day and if positive that I only needed to call the office and they would call the prescription into my pharmacy. I did as I was directed and the employee at the doctors' office didn't seem to be willing to help me. I hung up the phone and waited two and a half hours before calling the pharmacy and was told that the prescription was never called in. Now the doctors' office as well as the pharmacy are both closed and I will have another night of not getting any relief. Doctors! I was referred by a friend who had a positive experience with Dr Gilmore, but my experience was…read morevery different. The first visit was very awkward and uncomfortable when I told her I was there for perimenopause symptoms. She told me to tell her the top symptom I was struggling with and she would treat that one. She did bloodwork, called me a week later to diagnose me with Hashimotos, prescribed meds for that and that was it. I went back two other times and each visit was equally as uncomfortable. I never felt any better or different and there was nothing further she was willing to look into because I wouldn't have a GYN exam with her. Apparently that's what she does with most patients which I found very odd. I informed her I was already established with a gynecologist and was up to date. Maybe an even bigger problem was the lack of and staff. You absolutely cannot get anyone to answer the phone. You have to listen to the doctor on the voicemail and leave a message and I always had to call and leave multiple messages before a callback- sometimes a week later. There is a Dr and a nurse and a front desk employee. That's it. She keeps her dog there and it roams the office like it owns the place, which is very unprofessional in my opinion, but the whole situation was just strange and I hope this helps other people because I wish I would've been informed. This was years ago, but I have since spoken with many people who also have seen her and each and every one of them ended up feeling the same.

I reviewed and updated My Chart and checked in online, so I didn't have to do it in the office; I only had to pay my co-pay. I had an address correction on My Chart, and after that was done, I waited only a few minutes before I was called back for my appointment with Dr Adrien DiVittorio. After taking my weight, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, the nurse asked the usual questions about changes in medications and issues I've had since my last visit. After summarizing what I needed to discuss with Dr. DiVittorio, I waited until he arrived. Dr. DiVittorio had already reviewed My Chart updates and the summary, so we got right to him asking questions and changing medication to get better results. I was given a sample inhaler to start on and will follow up with the nurse practitioner in four months to see how I do on the new regimen. I like how Diagnostic and Medical Clinic and Dr. Adrien DiVittorio's Office work. Their system is very efficient. The time you have with the doctor is the limitation Medicare gives him, not what the doctor chooses to provide you with.
