Rob didn't know but I have doctoral-level biomechanics training, which allowed me to especially appreciate his ability to blend the technical with the art that is golf. Well played, Rob!

Since my initial review, I've had a lesson dedicated to chipping and a tune-up lesson for my driver. The chipping lesson helped tremendously for scoring once I was within 75 yards of the flag, and the driver lesson helped me get turned and off my back foot. Gary added back the 30-40 yards I mysteriously lost on my driver (it was to the point I thought my driver was broken lol). I will continue to vouch for Gary! I especially appreciate how he doesn't get too technical in his lessons. He gives you "feel" tips so that you don't have to think as much. One example: I wasn't getting fully turned, so Gary asked me to feel like I was getting my right shoulder blade looking at the ball. That's a lot better than "Just turn more". Go to Gary! He is awesome.

Only time I get a phone call is when my clubs are ready to be picked up. I get to the store and wait for a good 5 mins at the door.. literally nobody there to even greet you, I finally decided to walk to one of the rooms and interrupt a guy giving an explanation, he rudely asks what I need, he hurries to another room to see where my brand new clubs are, reaches down and hands me the clubs, not even asking if they were right or give me a room to try it out, just rudely hands it over. On my way home I call and the same person Steve answers, he casually laughs and admits he should have let me try the clubs in one of the rooms and should have probably made sure the order was correct. I ask him for a build sheet and see if he can email it, says he will ask Jesus to send it over.. well it's been 4 days now, I called... again no answers. I said do you rent clubs for people who don't have their own. He yelled louder this time throwing up his hands in exasperation. I realized it wasn't a misunderstanding-for some reason, I just wasn't welcome. My friend and I left the shop and walked around for a bit before leaving just five minutes after we arrived.
