Incompetent and unhelpful practitioners. My dad needed a practitioner's signature for his disability benefits. Despite having significant mobility issues and being forced to carry heavy objects for up to 10 hours a day, the practitioner refused to sign the form and behaved in a condescending manner throughout the process. We only get to see the doctor for check up once a year. We have seen by couple doctors in here, my favorite was Dr. Daniel , but he's no longer here. Dr. Tuan Le is the least helpful. Anyways, this place is horrible in term of calling for lab results. They didn't call me for my lab result. They called my husband, he didn't pickup but they never left any message. I looked at his lab result and see the number of his cholesterol is so high. I told him to call the office back and asked. They told him that he needs to come in and see doctor. What???? And you never left a message to tell him to do so??? The staffs here are not helpful, please don't schedule with any doctor in room 102. Both doctors and staffs are horrible. Im tired of seeing elderly got yelled at by the receptionist whenever i go there with my grandparents. Anh you know whats worst? They have new receptionist team which is the same age as me! Probably not over 22 years old but they still act the same as the old ladies that been there. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO MANNERS. They rolled their eyes whenever someone ask them to DO THEIR JOB! Please don't go here. All I need was a prescription refill and the ladies on the phone kept saying I had to come in. I told them I lived 2 cities away and I'm not coming in for just a prescription refill. Especially when it takes hours to see a doctor. Then they told me it's not their fault I live so far & that the doctor was on a 3 hr lunch break. I called multiple times throughout the week and the doctor told me I didn't need to come in and to just call for a refill from my appt with her the week prior. So I don't understand why it's so difficult for them to approve of it? This place does not care about their patients at all. Their staff have a lot of attitude and are rude as well. I've been here since I was a kid and honestly I've stayed at this clinic because I liked one of the female doctors I've been going to however she recently quit so I will have to find a new clinic. Oh man...wish I had read the reviews before scheduling the appointment with this office. The appointment is at a later date, but they have already charged us $200 for the Covid testing. We were given the option: 1) pay $150, get the results in 2-3 days or 2)$200, get the results within 24 hours. Because of my working, I opt in to get the fast results. My 2 star review is solely based on the fact that during this pandemic, they charge you before rendering service. Although, there has been articles where he offer the service for free or even at a much lower cost. Will update you guys on the result after my appointment. read more

If you are looking for a good or decent doctor then don't see Dr. Michael Dao. I took my dad there and the doctor's bedside manners are one of who doesn't care for the person instead the doctor only care about money. The doctor did a rush incomplete examination and didn't even examine the issue that my dad was trying to tell him. The aggressive violent motion the doctor performed on my almost 90 years old dad's legs make me cringe. Luckily my dad has strong legs and was not hurt. The doctor also didn't give us all information until I asked and tried to get my dad to agree with something without full information. The doctor yelled in my face when I told him to hold on about sending my dad somewhere because I knew my dad didn't fully understand. I tried to explain to my dad about what the doctor wanted to do and the doctor again continue to write in the records while I'm explaining to my dad so I told the doctor to slow down and the doctor yelled at me to slow down. The doctor also took a personal call while examining my dad. Seeing my dad is having a hard time walking you would think the doctor would not pull on my dad but the doctor did. My dad even told the doctor he feels like he's going to fall. The doctor just laughed it off. On a rating of 1-10, this doctor would get a minus 100. You can tell he does not care. As someone that felt very worried for my health and moved from doctor to doctor to find someone that could not only treat me well but also understood me, this place is literally the bottom of the barrel. I would most definitely say that if you want to come to a health clinic that specializes in making you feel so much worse about yourself, mentally and for your health, this place is it. I came by for a health checkup and previously having been scouring for doctors that understood me and validated me for my health concerns I thought I might give this place a go. Instead, I got an experience of a lifetime. I'm being very sarcastic when I say this because not only did they accuse me for their own disorganization and calling me a liar for telling them them that I had already previously signed up for a health program WITH THEM THERE, they yelled and accused one another (including me) on who lost my file. This whole experience felt so surreal and utterly ridiculous as I was sitting in the patient room while this whole altercation was happening since I was literally only 18 and already scared for my health. I'm just going to say I came out of there with tears and in the end, it was a whole miscommunication and lousy organization on their part that was at fault but that really doesn't erase this experience. This is specifically for room 101. I've been here several times for minor things such as the flu, vaccine, etc. No matter what day or time I come, I have to wait over an hour just to be seen. The LVN and receptionists are constantly gossiping and arguing with patients. No sense of customer service whatsoever. Recently, I came in because I got bitten by a stray cat. Got my vitals taken went back to wait. Finally saw the doctor and I told the doctor I got bitten by a stray cat. He then says, "okay...so what do you want to do?" Really? You're the doctor! Not once did he look at the bite to see if it was swollen or infected. I then told him I wanted antibiotics and a tetanus shot. He said "okay. Go bring this to the pharmacy and they'll give you the tetanus vaccine, bring it back and the nurse will do it." This place is horrible. Seems like they care more about the reps coming in and putting on a show than actually providing care to patients. read more

This doctor is a crook. Scamming people to charge $49 for Covid19 test kits that has been made in China from Korea and had not been approved by the FDA or CDC. He's later on changed his tactics by giving out for free to anyone who can't afford it because the FBI was looking into his business. His office employee are rude and unprofessional. The imaging center here is horrible in terms of customer service. The receptionists were busy chit chatting with each other. My mom went here a couple of times and she had to wait for at least 2 hours to be imaged each time. It's ridiculous. They don't care about your time even though you come early or on time. My mom had to go to work so she had to leave after waiting for almost two hours. It happened at least twice already. We will try to find a better place that would take our insurance. This is the most horrible, unexperienced, greedy medical clinic EVER. I have diabetic and I came in check up, they sent me to Labcorp for blood test and after I received a bill for over $1000. I am confused since I have insurance, why would they requested blood test for me if my insurance doesn't cover. I went to the doctor for answers but they were rude and mean. They are irresponsible, unethical and unwilling to help resolve. Please save yourself and your family from dealing with headaches this medical clinic created. The medical board should audit them. Unorganized. Unprofessional. I went to the office to get a check up for my back being in pain. I gave the nurse my ID and she gave me paperwork to fill before I could get my check up. After filling out the paper work I waited an hour just to be told I'm in the wrong office because I was a minor. They had my ID the whole time, shouldn't they check that first? Then I asked if they could reserve an appointment at the same time in another room they said that I would have to schedule a new one. I ended up not getting a check up that day and the earliest appointment was the next week. I would not suggest this doctors office. read more

This is a medical clinic that have multiple doctors. This negative review is based solely on Dr. Anh Thu and their billing department lead, Jessica Nguyen. As a patient, you would hope that your primary care physician care enough about your health at a minimum. Instead, Dr. Anh Thu treated my mom as her experiment by prescribing Cologuard, new method for colorectal cancer screening (from Exact Sciences). Once result came in, the Dr./office didn't bother to contact my mom to provide her the result and/or request her to come in for a follow-up appt. On top of the poor follow-up skills with patient(s), insurance company does not cover this method stating that this is considered "experimental" compare to the traditional method (which is covered by all ins. co./Medicare/Medi-Cal, etc). Besides this, the Dr. billing dept. didn't bother checking with insurance co. on behalf of their patient in advance to see if this is even cover (probably getting some kind of kick-back from vendor...assuming). Unfortunately for my mom, she have PPO so no authorization is needed (wish she have HMO in this case). What make me furious is that I had to contact the office multiple times on different occasion (at least 4x...e.g. in-person & calling) to get assistance and yet I barely had any help. My only request from Dr. Anh Thu was for her to provide me a "Letter of Medical Necessity" (required by my mom ins.) to explain why she/Dr. chosen this method rather than the traditional one to submit it to my ins. in the process of appealing. The office was quite unhelpful and told me that the Dr. is on vacation (I was like...you don't have a back-up Dr. in her place while she's out or what???) so I had to put everything on hold & wait until she get back from her vacation which is about 2 wks (ridiculous). I then thought miracle has happened since I was able to get some assistance with their billing dept lead, Jessica Nguyen (I think that's her last name). She was nice enough to fax over a one time request for insurance to rethink of their decision (didn't explain anything except asking them to rethink and pay this bill). She never gave me a "Letter of Medical Necessity" which is the one thing I've requested from her multiple times & it is the main thing that's needed by the ins. co. I then tried to call her multiple times and leaving voicemail on her office line but she never pick up or response back. Overall, I felt this office and Jessica/billing dept was unprofessional. All they have to do is response to me and tell me there's nothing they can do but yet they chosen avoidance instead. Throughout this ordeal, the Dr. office keep blaming the vendor saying that they're the one who lied to the office about having this procedure be covered by insurance co. I felt that the Dr. office were not accountable for their wrong action and I'm hoping that others will learn from my experience and never to go to this unprofessional medical office/clinic (or their affiliated offices since management is questionable) as there are many other physicians/healthcare practitioners that are better and care about their patients more. Unfortunately for my mom, she's now stuck with an unnecessary bill due to the Dr/billing dept. not doing their due-diligence. Once again, I'm hoping others will rethink before signing up/going to this office since they basically have no accountability & not professional what so ever. read more
