I just found out that this agency (who we have ALL our insurances with) has been ripping us off for YEARS!!!! They have been charging me THREE TIMES the going rate!! When I called the owner himself, he could offer NO explanation. Literally would sit silent on the phone and play the "who's going to talk first" game with me. I'm so upset that they have robbed me of so much money over the years. We were loyal clients giving them our business for life, homeowners and cars. I'm just plain disgusted. COMPARE RATES PEOPLE! I have been working with Mike for about 15 years, if ever there has been a problem or something I felt the need to question, Mike had already resolved it even before I had called him. His staff is always very professional and helpful! I have all my insurance needs covered by State farm with Mike, cars, home, life insurance. We have been with State Farm for over 30 years. Until Michael Lyne, we have had nothing but positive experiences with State Farm Insurance. Michael Lyne is most unprofessional, and unhelpful. His employee Luis has overcharged us, not processed payments and the agency in general does not communicate. I have cell phone records to prove contact multiple times, including minutes. however Michael is unprofessional and does not support the client. I challenge State Farm corporate to walk in to the agency unannounced and they will find Michael lounging chatting on his cell phone with his feet on his desk.
