I finally get to talk to someone and was told the check was in the mail and that it should be there soon. I waited 2 more weeks and was now informed that the applied the monies onto the credit card that was used 5 months prior. The credit card was cancelled because my mom passed away. Now I have to deal with the bank; they told me they cannot help me. WTH..never would I use them nor recommend to anyone.
