We are extremely dissatisfied with their service. With no patience to properly explain or discuss options, this agency is intent on forcing you into a corner and taking as much money from your pocket as possible, without providing you with adequate solutions to your needs. Because of their rushed telephone conversations which are usually timed perfectly (they call you up the day before your insurance renewal date in order to discuss options), we feel that we have been completely taken for a ride. Every time we tried to present a new option or new question, the resounding answer from Puma was "no, its not possible". They are relentless in rushing your decision and inadequate when it comes to answering questions. This agency is also not efficient with replying to emails or dealing with any problems that may arise AFTER you have agreed to their terms. Much of this is our own fault for dealing with a broker instead of the provider directly. Now we are truly paying the price for trusting these people. My advice is to go directly to your insurance provider and not waste time with agencies or brokers.

They told me an important document was never submitted. This is after almost seven months of trying to get this matter resolved and submitting all the necessary documents.
