Right after Christmas 2014; I had an unfortunate accident which left my 2 Front teeth damaged and one knocked clear out of my mouth. The wait can be long, but she and Ms. Leslie have been nothing but kind to me, and the dental work has always been immaculate. Early on, I was always treated like a person and not just a chart. I like that they both recognize my voice over the phone, and remembers personal things we discussed the last time I was in the office. Dr. Clark and Ms. Leslie are very personable and professional. I've not always liked her assistants, but it has never been enough for me to switch dentists. As long as I'm able to get to her office, she'll have me as a patient.

But today after I arrived 12 minutes late for my most recent appointment, I was told I'd have to reschedule because I was outside the 10-minute grace period. I hope anyone but the receptionist would have made an exception, but that's the face of the business and that's who I had to deal with. Unfortunately she was neither sympathetic nor polite. If you expect grace from your customers in the face of unexpected cancellations, then you should be willing to give actual grace in return. I'll be looking for another dentist.
