I love shopping at the outlet because not only is it closer to where I live, but it also has a better price point with the same quality and style. The store associates are literally the nicest people I've ever met! They always say hello when I walk in and make an effort to help me in any way. So polite and friendly - on this particular visit, I had some gift cards to use so I decided to get a shirt. It was very wrinkled and the last one in my size. I asked if they could steam it for me and they did! It was going to take a few minutes so I went and walked around and came back. They had it ready and hanging in a clothes bag when I returned! I wanted to give a shout out to Maya - she helped me while in the store. I would also mention the other lady's name but I don't know and unfortunately, Maya's name was the only one on the receipt. I love this store!

We live in California but we come here to Charleston South Carolina every year and this Kate Spade store not only has amazing choices but the staff is so fabulous! This year Lizzie was our girl. Our happiness ended with three large bags of purses and accessories to take home. Finished our Christmas shopping and best of all they had a fabulous sale. Young woman who waited on me said I could return after the 15 day window since it was considered a Christmas gift/purchase. It was an early present for a family member that didn't fit. When I dropped by to return the blouse today (24 days after original purchase) they refused to refund my purchase and refused a store credit. They said that the receipt didn't have the "Christmas sticker" on it - so it wasn't considered a "holiday" purchase. Makes no sense whatsoever - if it had the "Christmas sticker" it would have been ok to return - regardless of the purchase date.... Clerk was rude and made a number of snarky comments. It's so easy to make a customer feel welcome and want to return. But, you blew it. Totally agree with other comments about how poorly the store treats its customers. I'll go out of my way to let others know not to shop there.
