My girlfriend Whitney went to sneaker king after work and bought what we thought were some nice…read morediscounted charles barkley nike air max sneakers in white and grey. At first everything was fine and after she wore them the first time, the back of her foot was getting scraped and she complained. We initially thought she would have to break them in, but then the bottom foam of both sneakers started to peel badly. Small paint chips were coming off, so she called the store. She was placed on hold by one of the asian owners, and another worker was placed on the phone. She then explained the problem and asked for a refund or exchange, and was told that it was a defect and to come to the store and she would be taken care of. We went to the store together a few days later after we finished working. The Asian lady Ms.Kim behind the counter once the situation was explained was very rude and demanded to know why she would be responsible for the sneaker malfunction. When asked if the sneakers were even authentic she went into a rant, prompting one of her workers to ask if he could help us, but initially he was rude too and said they do not provide refunds, but they do exchanges. After asking about the exchange Ms Kim behind the counter again began arguing with my girlfriend saying that its not her fault and they don't sell fake sneakers irately. Again one of the two workers there, a different one this time, intervened and called someone on the phone. After this phone call he assisted us with an exchange of that pair to a different pair of 90 air max. We also had to pay the $10 dollars difference between the old pair and the new pair. The old pair being $70, the new being $80. Ms Kim even had a lot to say about that until we threatened to call the cops and have them deal with it. Hopefully these are real and do not peel. sheeeeesh, what an experience. I would not recommend anyone who likes authentic sneakers free from "defects" to go there. Not only was the product bad/ and or bootleg, they were rude about it as if we were wrong for saying so. Buyer be wary...

It looked like they were just opening up because of the boxes inside. We stepped inside this evening and saw that they had many tables with different items like tee shirts, LED lights, ice cream scoopers, bowls, plates, small furniture, backpacks, etc for low prices. We bought 2 for $10 tee shirts. They have unique and cute cat graphics on them. They some interesting items for sale and decibel worth a second look. We may stop by again in the near future.

They like to joke around a lot with all the work they have to do they need to be a little jovial. The staff is helpful but the issue with the English is very difficult for them to understand so be patient and you'll notice the beautiful and compassionate personalities these folks guys have. I go there pretty much every week to see what new stuff they have at a real great discount. Like who knows you can get an endoscopy for industry for a little as $9. You can go look behind walls and everything to see if you find any dead mice hanging around or anything else. I'm recently been disabled by a hate crime and I'm walking with a cane with lots of pain. These two guys are so compassionate enough that walk me to the bus stop knowing many times I'm walking around unstable on the street and in the store. These guys could easily be your friends they're very helpful but you got to be patient with the English but they're beautiful folks. You'll be sure to get a lot of nice deals just good luck and happy shopping there. And again bless these folks and their families will raise them. We need more store owners like this and human beings on this Earth. Thank you both guys

She literally went to close the fitting room as I was about to use it. The individuals at the register took forever. I do not know what POS system is being used, but it wasn't like they were pressing on items on the iPads, it was literal typing out of letters. People were in line for so long. I went around 1pm, the older woman on the left was patient but the sister on the right was not. Have some patience and grace!!! We also had store credit which they were not willing to use simply because "the laptop" was not on them. You're better off just ordering online if you cannot try on the clothes and when the purchase policy was not clear for the garden party. My dad always buys work shoes since he works in the restaurant industry, and he sometimes has trouble deciding which shoes are best for him. Estephanie was very patient, took her time, and helped him find the perfect pair for work. What truly stood out was that when she heard us speaking Spanish, she made the effort to explain everything to my dad in Spanish, including the discounts they offer. That made him feel very comfortable and confident with his purchase. Even during her break, she came back to check on us and make sure we were doing well, which really shows her dedication and professionalism. My dad left the store very happy and grateful. It's great to see a place that still values genuine customer service like this. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Estephanie, and thank you SKECHERS for having people like her in your stores.
