Worst experience ever. The short man was so rude... like I didn't belong in there bc I wanted to return a bag that didn't work out for me. I bought it 4 days ago. Absolutely nothing was wrong with the bag or wallet. The backpack straps just weren't functional after you fill the bag hence why I wanted to return it. The man explained that I should have tried it on before I bought it as if I didn't do that. So it was refused even with the receipt that states "eligible for return or exchange for any reason within 30 days" but He considered the bag "used". $250 to these assholes.. and plenty times I have given them my money before. If you like Michael Kors, you have to come to the outlet mall. Great deals, and it's a very big store. Lots of selection on everything. It's a good brand, but has become too popular in recent years. Everyone wants it, which is good for the brand, but then everyone has it. My wife has a ton of MK purses / handbags, watches, and clothes. I myself have several of his watches and some clothes. I like it, but it can be pricey for what you get. read more

WORST customer service EVER. This store should be ashamed to hire the staff it has. I was just in here today, not more than two hours ago, and will NEVER let this store have my money. I'd rather pay full price for a Michael Kors handbag than step into this store again. There were more than a handful of employees in that store and only ONE other customer and they all saw me walk in, didn't say "hello"...nothing. Ignored my existence, even as I'm standing right in front of them they try to pretend that I'm not there. How do you get off treating customers that way? HOW CAN YOU AFFORD TO?!?!! This store was practically empty on a very popular shopping day clearly they're not doing all that well. I saw two purses and two wallets I was interested in for my sister and myself but I was so disgusted I just walked out. I headed down to Coach, which I suggest you do as well, and dropped $500+ on some purses and wallets. Coach is always packed every time I go and it's not just that their purses and accessories are cute, it's that they treat their customers well. I just left the store and purchased a watch I tired it on when I left the store and noticed it was too big. As I left the store I noticed there was a long line formed of people waiting to go inside. So I walked up to a gentlemen by the door (the guy letting in a certain amount of people at a time) and asked him if it was okay to go back inside to get links taken off the watch I just purchased and he told me I either had to wait back in line to check then he said the store doesn't change links on the weekends because they are too busy. I just don't understand how it's okay for them to accept my money buying the watch but couldn't remove a link off my watch? I asked the gentlemen at the door what was his name he said Preston, he was wearing a microphone to where he could've easily reached out to the sales person who sold me the watch and got it taken care of ... so disappointed with the customer service. read more

Ok so I seen the bag of my dreams however I was hesitant to purchase it at my local outlet store (Edinburgh Indiana)! After back and forth with the hubby I bit the bullet and it was sold out at my local outlet store so I called around and the Chicago premium outlet store (171 miles away) had my dream satchel in stock and ready to ship!!!! I spoke with an awesome young lady Nicole who was extremely patient and aware of all things Michael Kors, due to me not knowing the name as well as having a very vague description of the satchel "I would die without" she was able to not only identify my dream satchel she was also able to enlist her manager Allie who was more than willing to ship said beautiful satchel to me!!!! I received my "To Die For Saffiano Studded Satchel" in two yes 2 days!! The staff at Michael Kors Chicago outlet deserves a round of applause!! I mean, I love Michael Kors. I'm kind of a cheap bastard, but I will not hesitate to drop a fat dime on a good handbag. My style is kind of (KIND of, I said...she can wear some weird ass stuff) Carrie Bradshaw (minus the $500 Christian Louboutin heels that don't come in my size anyway!!) - a little couture and a lot vintage funk. I'm not so crazy about the fashion at MK but the accessories are gaw-geous! Boots, purses, wallets, etc. etc. I went in looking for a nice wallet to go with a lemon yellow leather purse I have and it was no go on Texaco. I could only find a mustard one. Worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a coat here and they ordered me the wrong coat. I came back and found the coat I wanted. Erica the manager said she would hold it for me for two days so I can return the coat they shipped and now I'm here to pick up the coat I left on hold and it's not here. So now I'm leaving the store without the coat I wanted since TWO managers messed up my order.I'm so upset especially since we drove here back and forth three times and it's a 45 minute drive. My hubby bought me a purse for my birthday. I'd been thinking about exchanging it for something colorful for the summer as the one he bought me was white. I went to store today and picked out a pretty fuchsia one to exchange. I had the original receipt and was told it was past the exchange time. I told her it was a gift and wasn't given the bag until last week. The bag had all the original tags and packaging. You could tell it had NOT been used and they had the same bag in the store still at same price! I asked if she could check with a manager. The young man (may or may not have been manager) reluctantly agreed to exchange but since the fuchsia one I picked out was less expensive they could not refund me $$. I said just give me store credit for the difference and they said they couldn't do that and I would have to purchase something else, a wallet perhaps? I did not want or need another wallet. I just wanted a purse. Had they looked me up in the system they would have seen that I purchased a purse and wallet @ Christmas I.e. I'm a returning customer. I told them that was fine I would keep the purse and shop at the coach store a few doors down from now on. I have purchased several bags from the coach outlet and they have wonderful customer service. I even returned a bag there that I had for 1 year that didn't wear well. I had the receipt and they couldn't have been nicer and gave me full credit towards a new one. Michael Kors needs to take a lesson in customer service!!!! Also, for anyone who still wants a Michael Kors bag, I've seen them at Marshall's and Nordstrom Rack. My friend just got a bright Kelly green one at Marshall's. Had quite a negative experience at this store, and have observed many other customers unsatisfied here. First of all, their prices aren't all that great. I can do just as well or better at a department store when they have those 20% or 25% coupons or when items go on clearance. The prices here just aren't that competitive. I'm not sure if they manufacture products especially to be sold at outlet stores or if it's the items that are leftover from their regular stores. They have quite a bit of stuff that I haven't seen in department stores, which could be both a positive or a negative. The MOST IMPORTANT thing to note here though, is their HORRIBLE customer service. I have been here a handful of times, and nearly every single time there is another upset customer. Once my mom bought a handbag to show me since I wasn't living at home, and I decided to go with another MK bag. We came back to return it (tags still on, purse was never used!) and they said they would only offer an exchange or store credit. This was NEVER mentioned to my mom at or before checkout. That same day, there was another customer complaining because she wanted to return something she bought within the last hour. Ridiculous customer service. I would recommend shopping somewhere else. I never again bought anything from this store. read more

So, I came in here yesterday for the Black Friday deals. They have multiple items that are marked for clearance. When we went to the register to pay, the cashier also verifies that are item and many like it were on a clearance table. Lauren (who claimed she was a manager) stated that she would not give us the clearance price because the item didn't have red markings on it. I told her that NONE of the items in clearance had a red marking on it and why would the store put out so many of the same product if they weren't marked correctly by the associates. She stated to me that it doesnt matter if her people were wrong or not, that she wasnt going to change the price. So we left the item there. Anyone shopping here be mindful of them and how they deceive you with the pricing. Most people shopping on those days dont even look at the price, which is what they expected of us as well. I went to the store today (12/17/17) to return a gift I received for my anniversary and when I walked in I was instantly accosted by an employee, she was speaking in a rude/harsh tone saying "I needed to get in line!" (Which by the way I had not seen, since it was formed in the other entrance) I told her, "even to just return I have to get in line? I don't need to look at merchandise, is just a simple return." Then she said pointing to the line "mmmm yes even for just returns only, everyone else had to wait also" After that, I just left. If she would have approached me differently I would have understood but as soon as she saw me come in she immediately ran to me! I had the same experience there today. It was my first time walking into that store, and none of the employees acknowledged me. Some looked at me, but no "hello, how are you, welcome to our store.". I did have one employee help me pick out a wristlet, but I had to approach her first. I'm giving 2 stars only because I liked their bags. I always shop at the Coach outlet. Went to this store while passing through to go to Six Flags for the weekend. My friend and I were dressed in comfy clothing since we were going to be walking around all day and it was hot. I was at the this location this Sunday 1/31/2016 and i was trying to make an exchange for a Christmas resent i received. i did not have the receipt however all of the tags were on the bag and it was in the original bag.One of the employees did not even took the time to let me know that they were able to look up the info of the person who purchased it. She just looked at the bag and said they did not even carry that bag any longer. I wish i could have gotten her name so that i could call their store manager for such poor customer service help. If this is one of their policy to exchange they should note that on the receipt. the fact that i did not have the receipt did not have anything to do with this product not being in store. I came back to speak to another girl which she helped me out to look up in the system. When the first girl noticed that i was speaking to this new girl. She discretely called the current girl helping me out and told her something. I find this very rude that she did this.
