The stores are preparing for Easter and the Spring season so there are many pretty pastels to choose from. Many of you know that my favorite color is pink. But I also enjoy a milky banana or sunshine yellow. There was plenty. I only shopped at a few stores today as hubby was working so it was easy for me to be in and out. He takes a little more time with his selections than I do. There is a really nice coffee shop that opened up in the place of Starbucks. Right next door is a macaroon shop. You can always buy mangoes, ice cream and churros. Grabbed a few items for upcoming birthday surprises and headed on my way.

It's best to go and get what you need and get out. It may help the line move quicker. It's a fun place to visit limited in the newer edition of shoes. You get a good deal or fair enough discount off shoes. I wear a special or width shoes and so it rather limited for me. For mostly people, they will be able to find something nice. If you can wait out the line before getting to the front door, it's worth the wait. Good to go earlier in the day or much later in the day if possible. Everyone seems to like this store. The line for paying for items seems longer than the number of people roaming around the store. It'll be a favorite for a long time. I also love the skirt I bought. It is constructed so well and fits beautifully. It's fully lined and a classic style that will never go out of style. When I opened the purse about 9 days after purchase I noticed that the zipper was broken and there was a long cut on the bottom. I instantly called Marc Jacob's but the store was closed so I called the next day to be told that all sales are final and there's a no exchange policy. I ask for the manager and she was nice nasty about the situation. I just wanted to exchange the purse for another purse but now I want my money back. I spent $263 on this purse to not be able to carry it. The nice nasty manager also said it's posted in the store of the no refund or exchange policy and sometimes the cashier may forget to tell you. That's an important part of your sales you don't forget. So any help I can get I would appreciate it.

Terrible Customer Service for returns! Buy MK on sale at Macy's or Nordstrom's instead. My husband bought me a leather jacket for Christmas that was excellent quality but just isn't my style. I walked into the store with my gift receipt and the woman at the door referred me to the manager. I followed her to the counter and explained I want a refund. She asked the first woman to show me around and see if there's something else I want. As she awkwardly walked me around the store I told her that I have the white, black, red and pink purses she showed me so I just want a refund. The manager says "since you don't have the original receipt we can only give you store credit and it will be the amount the jacket is currently. (Not what he paid for it.) I asked "what's the point of a gift receipt if I can't get the same amount?" She said, "Well maybe I can look it up." Of course she could look it up then said "but I can only give you store credit." I explained to her that walking around with the other woman made me realize I have purses in every color I need. Please just give me a refund because I want to buy boots. She asked if I have the card it was charged to then she can refund to that card. "It was a gift. I don't have the card. Why would you refund the money to the person that gave me the gift?" She said corporate could mail me a check in 3-5 weeks. I expressed my frustration with their lack of customer service and she explained this is everyone's policy. I told her I expect Michael Kors to have better customer service. She said "I am giving you many options to get a refund." I asked "Which option allows me to get my $225 back to go to another store to buy boots today? My husband will have to come in another day just to show you the card he used so you can issue a refund but I guarantee he won't be happy with your policy!" They only have these "store policies" to force customers to exchange for something else. I don't appreciate the lies through the process...I can only issue store credit...You need the original receipt. Oh, but I guess I can look it up. I sell used cars for a living and we operate an honest business but people think we're liars. "Store policies" like these are criminal! read more

I am a fan of Ms. Tatianna J. the manager at this store. She helped me with my return only to find the main helpline required me to ship, at my own expense, to their repair shop for a three to six week turn around time. This was the third return of the same purse for the same defect. However, the young lady honored my return and asked me to select a different purse. I did and purchased two other bags. I tried to email corporate about this excellent lady but it was return as non-receipt. I would never had returned to any Micheal Kors stores. Now I am a FAN due to Tatianna's care for customers. read more

I purchased a purse and a wallet set for my mom a couple days ago and I wanted to return it because she didn't like the color I picked. They would not let me return it because the price tag was not attached to the items. I had the receipt and the plastic was still on it but they refused to let me return or even exchange it to another color. Terrible customer service . I would advise people just to buy it at a different store. There are plenty of places that sell Michael Kors. If the lady was nice about it maybe I wouldn't be so mad but she was rude about the return. read more

Manager of this location is a rude young woman who knows nothing about customer relations. If Michael Kors ever wants people to spend their disposable income here, there needs to be some serious thought to the management situation there. I was in dire need for an evening dress for a special occasion, with absolutely no time to shop. It was near closing time and I desperately called and asked what time they were closing, if I could make it in.....they quickly answered and said "come on in, we'll get some dresses ready for you, what size are you?" I was working out across the street and made it 10 min before close...it was the only opportunity to try on a dress. I showed up and these ladies had 8 dresses, with shawls, shoes and accessories waiting for me in the dressing room. Amazing service in such short notice. They never made me feel rushed and it was their mission to make me feel comfortable with what I was trying on. Such great service! I felt like a million bucks!
