One lady has always been nice and very friendly abs extremely helpful, she is the younger of the two. Then there is the other lady .. She is an absolute awful person. She is always rude to me " I'm an extremely kind and happy kind of guy. I work as a host greeting customers all day". She has ignored me , she has gone out of her way to direct our conversations into demeaning me. She has on multiple occasions refused to help me with my referrals telling me because I missed one appointment " during the pandemic and me not feeling well mind you " that I should expect to ever be seen again to get my root canal. She manages to make me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrive up until the moment I leave. The way she talks down to people, acts better than people and basically does everything she can to make you not want to see these dentis again makes me have to wonder if she's the owners , main dentists wife or family member to still have a job. Businesses are desperate for employees these days but I couldn't imagine many would even keep her as an employee , even out of complete desperation. If you want an inexperienced lab then this is the dentist for you! If you actually care about your teeth and the way you are treated then keep looking because this is NOT the dentist you want to go to! They also like to push their overpriced services on you so you will apply for care credit or one of the other payment plan options so they can get more money from you (they get a kickback from these services every time someone uses them through their office). All the people saying how nice and how clean this office is obviously have not ever stepped foot inside an actual nice office because this place is outdated in everything from the furniture to the decor and there is nothing nice about it including the part of town it is in! I personally will never step foot inside this joke of a dental office again! ZERO star rating! Only gave 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review!
