The space between top and bottom teeth when your jaws at rest. I couldn't get food in my mouth or even close my lips around the teeth three months after extractions. They told me to figure it out the best way I knew how when I ask how I was supposed to eat. They told me the teeth looked good. Everyone in my family told me they looked bad and it wasn't just me not adjusting which is kinda what aspen insinuated. I don't recommend. The dentist refused to see me at my second soft reline and refused to grind down the thick spots in the dentures. Said she can not do anything while im healing. Even after healing these teeth are far too long and caused me jaw pain. I got refunded less than half my money. 1300 out of 2900. They're just after money they don't care how your smile looks. I deal with the public for my job and now im stuck with HUGE teeth that could never look natural or even passable. I hate the dentist there. The assistant aren't any better. Save your smile and go somewhere else.

Also during this visit, the physician told him that he needed to go to the dentist more & my husband told him that he hadn't had insurance until recently & the physician proceeded to say "our treatment isn't that expensive, just quit buying so much stuff & you can afford it". Then I go to the pharmacy to pick up his prescription & was told since he wasn't an established patient there so they couldn't fill but the drs office should've called me & told me that so we could switch it but neither of us ever received a call. So I then called them & they said they would call it in now to the new pharmacy & this was around 2:30pm. I show up to the pharmacy at 5:30pm & there is still no prescription. Called the office again & the woman who I spoke to was extremely unprofessional & asked if he could wait until tomorrow & I said no he just had a dental procedure so he needs his antibiotics so she put me on hold & called the dr who didn't answer so I was told I'd get a call back when he responds. When I went to this dentist, I was told nothing upfront of the costs. They took a bunch of x-rays, the doctor came in for about two minutes to recement and adjust, and then left. It was still not right and the assistant had to make more adjustments. They then sent me a bill for unreasonable charges for the visit. When I called them about it, they said I either had to pay or they would send me to a collection agency. I found staff to be brusque and only interested in squeezing patients. This group is a family business where there are two other offices, one owned by the son and one by the son-in-law. This one is the worst.

If you want an inexperienced lab then this is the dentist for you! If you actually care about your teeth and the way you are treated then keep looking because this is NOT the dentist you want to go to! They also like to push their overpriced services on you so you will apply for care credit or one of the other payment plan options so they can get more money from you (they get a kickback from these services every time someone uses them through their office). All the people saying how nice and how clean this office is obviously have not ever stepped foot inside an actual nice office because this place is outdated in everything from the furniture to the decor and there is nothing nice about it including the part of town it is in! I personally will never step foot inside this joke of a dental office again! ZERO star rating! Only gave 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review!
