The dentist refused to see me at my second soft reline and refused to grind down the thick spots in the dentures. Said she can not do anything while im healing. Even after healing these teeth are far too long and caused me jaw pain. I got refunded less than half my money. 1300 out of 2900. They're just after money they don't care how your smile looks. I deal with the public for my job and now im stuck with HUGE teeth that could never look natural or even passable. I hate the dentist there. The assistant aren't any better. Save your smile and go somewhere else.

Dr. Tupta asked me to return to his office as soon as the RC procedure was complete, and he would work me in for a permanent filling of the treated tooth. I am a certified "dentaphobe," thanks to a traumatic experience during my first dental appointment as a child (think the Steve Martin character in "Little Shop of Horrors"), but the way I was treated by Dr. Tupta and his office personnel gave me no qualms about returning to his office to have the procedure completed.

When I went to this dentist, I was told nothing upfront of the costs. They took a bunch of x-rays, the doctor came in for about two minutes to recement and adjust, and then left. It was still not right and the assistant had to make more adjustments. They then sent me a bill for unreasonable charges for the visit. When I called them about it, they said I either had to pay or they would send me to a collection agency. I found staff to be brusque and only interested in squeezing patients. This group is a family business where there are two other offices, one owned by the son and one by the son-in-law. This one is the worst.
